I was disappointed. Stayed 6 nights sheets were changed once. I had to clean the kettle before I used it. Asked for more coffee ended up buying a jar. There was a wasp nest outside balcony door. Bits dropping also over balcony. Ordered food which was awful. a red wine jus, which looked like thick gravy burnt beef cheeks. Crispy roast potatoes which were dried up sent food back. Ordered room service got charged $140. I think pork ribs was one night a main. The second night a starter. But charged for main both nights.

Stunning grounds and buildings, very clean, staff were efficient and friendly. The indoor pool was a hit on a very hot day. Breakfast was also lovely.

Nothing. Only suggestion I could add would be a trolley at check in to take luggage to rooms.

Nice location - quiet. Gym and pool were decent. Food was good and staff friendly. Very good breakfast.

Bit dated. Shower wasn’t the best. Shame the restaurant was closed on Sunday. Expensive for what it was we felt.

It was lovely, all staff were very friendly and helpful.

I had no air con for 3/5 days. No discount was offered for this, two of the days were in the mid 30°'s. No safe in the room, or microwave (we had a baby with us- would have been handy for the bottle)

It was newer than most hotels I've been to in the Hunter and it had an indoor pool

As soon as we entered the property, following our Wedding, we were greeted and congratulated by every staff member we saw! It was a lovely touch. The property and room itself were amazing! If you have the option to book the Signature Suite, do it :) It felt really private, had a stand alone bath with view and an outdoor seating area.

No restaurant service during the weekdays. Food and menu average Bathroom.. sink took all the space, no hooks or magnifying mirror( sink projection .. couldn’t get close view from mirror)

Really lovely property with beautiful scenery. The rooms were quiet and the bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was far too old for this price! The sink was cracked, both taps leaked and the shower had poor pressure. The photos on the booking were not accurate at all. The bedroom itself was lovely and newly renovated just as shown in the photos. But the bathroom was really disappointing and not in line with the rest of the room. Staff at check in offered an upgrade but then sent us to a room worse than what we had booked. Also, note that the room prices change constantly so keep checking online. If it shows up cheaper than what you’ve booked cancel that and rebook again at a lower price.

Very luxurious property. We stayed in the Manor House and our room was spacious and fit 4 of us comfortably. Had a balcony with outdoor setting to take in the view. Lots of walk ways to easily get around property to gym, restaurants. They have fire pits set up to use which is a nice touch. The staff were all really nice and even offer a turn down service with chocolates of an evening even after they’ve already cleaned and done up the room that morning.

We booked the “best room” to find it was musty and dusty. Couches were full of rips amd stains, carpet old and dirty

wonderful hotel with cozy rooms. staff is polite and helpful. fire place was ideal for night conversations. breakfast and other meal were delicious.

we stayed 2 nights . in the first evening we came to pool, and small pool was hot, we swam in big cold pool, and warmed up in small hot. in the second evening small pool was also cold. after long day and cold weather we couldn’t have enjoyed warm water

The hotel decor made you feel like you surrounded by elegance. The amenities were amazing and was so peaceful and great place for a weekend getaway.
