Cheap rooms not too far from the city centre. Pub was OK, with reasonable food.

Rooms are small with little space around the beds. Not much parking space.

I have stayed there quite a few times & it suits my purpose.

The room was very warm, no spoon for tea/coffee, I only go pillow cases after 3+ hours by making a point in the bar, which I should not have had to do. Breakfast was good but it wasn’t served as quickly as it had been and there was no access until after the designated time, not brilliant.

Very friendly staff, so helpful and welcoming. It’s a great location (roughly 8-9 minutes drive to Cheltenham centre, with a bus stop right next to the London Inn, if you don’t fancy driving).. It was a very nice, well presented room with a comfortable bed, we slept soundly. The breakfast the next day was lovely. Good value for money. We will stay again.

Need tell the truth about the room. There is no en suite bathroom at room No.9 , no where to put clothes, there is a small window on the roof. Did tell the Manager, just said “sorry “.

Die Unterkunft lag auf unserem Wanderweg und war zu Fuss erreichbar. Abends war es recht belebt im Pub, viele Leute aus der Umgebung, netter hangout.

Etwas heruntergekommen, im Biergarten ist ein Sperrmülldepot.

The staff.

Photo is misleading in that the few flower baskets had dead flowers and weeds. There were decorators that we weren’t advised of beforehand. Outside our room were paint tins and other decorator’s equipment. Outside was a skip with rubbish including mattresses that could have been covered. The bathroom in both rooms we had required a clean with dirty shower door trims and mouldy grouting. Parking was difficult with no on site space.

The location is good if you want to stay in that part of the town, however it is not central. Excellent cooked breakfast

THey gave me an individual room with a shower, which was perfect since i was staying for 2 nights and had to work for most of the second day. The pub staff is amazing, and its nice to see how happy they are with their jobs, and how important this bar is to the community. During the nights it has lots of people and good entertainment, but the rooms stay quite.

The hotel is on a main road with a bit of traffic noise but not bad. Parking was on the street but had no problems parking the van.

Old quaint building

Very small shower bath with intermittent hot water although the shower unit on wall produced lots of hot water. Restaurant menu was very limited, especially for vegetarians and vegans, even though we messaged beforehand to ensure they could provide vegan food.

Very friendly staff. The bedroom and en suite were very clean and the bed really comfortable. About 25 minutes walk from the town centre, the inn is in a quiet part of town. Breakfast is included, continental and full English

Outside my window was the fan for the kitchen which was a bit noisy if you have the window open but it stopped once the kitchen wasn’t in use. It didn’t bother me that much and on the plus side, from that window you can see the mountains

Gut ausgestattetes Zimmer, alles sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal. Ist zwar nicht in der Innenstadt gelegen, aber mit einem kurzen Fußmarsch ist man in der Mitte Cheltenham. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist bestens.

Badezimmer muss geteilt werden, an sich kein Problem zumal auch Bademäntel zur Verfügung gestellt werden, wenn wie in unserem Fall andere Gäste das Badezimmer zwei Stunden blockieren, kann es etwas lästig sein

Big room with a double and single bed. Comfy mattress, good linens and lots of towels. (room 6) The room is on the first floor so some stairs, the pub is a popular family place and is beside a busy main road but the room was quiet. Great TV and good WIFI. We booked in for Sunday Lunch which was excellent and great value. Breakfast was good too. The staff were helpful. We took a taxi into the town centre which cost approx £8.00 and there is a direct bus very close to the London Inn. Easy to get a taxi. We would stay again.

Bed wasn't the best. Took a long time for the water for the shower to heat up. No plate provided at breakfast for toast. Only one hot drink offered. Shower was a bit moldy.

We stayed for 1 night enroute home from Wales, we had dinner that evening which was exceptional and we had breakfast the next morning which was very good value for money. The garden is a lovely place to have a few drinks in. Our room was comfortable and well equipped.

The London Inn is situated on a busy road with no secure parking, luckily we found a spot very close to the pub. They had music on the evening we stayed which meant it was noisy, also the people leaving the pub were quite noisy so we had a disturbed night.

Bathroom exhaust fans were not working. No clothing hooks in the bathroom
