We were in Room 920 with a nice ocean view balcony. Room was spacious plus the bathroom was huge, but a little older style. Bonus had a bath to soak in. We used the regular bus service from the airport to Reef Hotel and return plus took the bus one night down to Marina's Restaurant near the wharf. We had booked this restaurant a week before arrival as we wanted to dine at 6.30pm. Previous visit we hired a buggy, but because we were here for a conference and staying at the Reef Hotel the regular bus service was excellent.

rooms were very spacious.

our room was on the 3rd floor above the lounge which was extremely noisy every night. Customer service very poor some staff just didn’t seem to want to be there.

What an abolute GEM of a place. Love Love It! and oh Did I mention this place has the best breakfast on the Island. Staff we so wonderful. We celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary and they made it so special for us.. Special mention to Eylise..

Should have stayed Longer

prime location. established hotel. extensive services, both old school and new. attentive staff. what you would expect from the main hotel on the island.

it was built quite a few decades ago, so there are challenges with that. however, renovations are underway and even the paint job is significantly modernising.

I thought that building and cleaning could be better and worth giving the price per room per night. I took some pictures and room was not very well cleaned. Furnitures are quite old but overall nice

nice large room and bathroom with deep tub, separate shower, twin sinks. there was a mini fridge and tea and coffee with a kettle. Microwave available to heat leftovers.

we did have some ants in the kitchenette, so had to watch where we left our things. A toaster would have been nice as the buffet breakfast was $48 per head, so the ability to make some toast on some mornings would have been nice.

Good facilities for families with kids/babies like cot, microwave, bouncer etc..

Unpleasant view from the room.. the 'garden view' room was the only option we had when we booked but did not know that it will be more of a 'roof view'' room.

Beach view was amazing.

Price too high compared with confort. Old furniture and bed sheets had a strage smell (to not say bad). I've been lying in the pool until the dinner time started, and I jumped on a table to serve dinner. I was clicked out asking if I have a reservation. On the table i sat on, there was no reservation label. Very bad attitude. You don't have to do this with the guests.

the view was incredible! The pool access and beach access was great and the beds were comfortable. easy access to everything on the island by foot.

the carpets felt dirty and the bathrooms made me feel uncomfortable due to how dark and the floors felt dirty with hair.

first time coming to Hamilton. was for my anniversary with my partner and also proposing to my partner. tried to organise a proposal package in my room for when I got back from proposing. asked for no alcohol cause my partner doesn’t drink, but asked for something nice to be set up in the room. they didn’t set anything nice up and put a bottle of “piper” in our room. I then went and told them and they said sorry will speak to someone tomorrow and haven’t heard anything back yet. also tried organising a proposal package set up on the beach they put me on to the “wedding” place and they had the worst customer service and zero interest in trying to help me out. would appreciate someone giving me a call to discuss my stay (0422841488). overall not happy with my stay and definitely don’t think I’ll be returning anytime in the future.
