Spacious upstairs apartment. Great outlook from the balcony. Bathroom was huge and nice to have a bath. Location was good between Cromwell and Wanaka.

Could hear next door and people below. Restaurant disappointing mainly due to the service. Only had a microwave in kitchen.

Definitely not 5 Star Resort, 3.5 at best. No soundproofing between floors. Upper level bathroom directly over our bedroom, waking us up every morning

Room was clean, modern and well suited for our family of 4. Lovely quiet location on the lake.

The property was gorgeous located on the waters, giving the atmosphere like staying by the lake. The room was soundproof, with a terrace stretching out to enjoy the views. The beds and mattress were large, soft and comfortable.

Fantastic location if you have a room with a water view. Staff were polite. Quality of evening meals was good. Bathroom well appointed and very clean.

Price for room was not good value. Room is basically a box with a bed in it, no atmosphere. No lounge chairs or couch. We were moved from our reserved table in restaurant to another due to booking issues and then we felt we were forgotten about. Had to ask for service throughout dining experience. Restaurant very very noisy and no dress code required for people dining.

The room was clean and tidy and had some amazing views.

It would have been nice to have had a heads up that the restaurant and bar were closed. The email we had previously received had said that they would be. If we'd have known we'd have eaten before coming in. We'd had a long drive so weren't so keen on getting back into the car to go out and find food. Also the reception staff were extremely casual. I feel they could have been a bit more professional on check in.

Perfect place to break a long journey. Very comfortable rooms with views over Dunstan Lake and the mountains. Excellent dinner.

furnishings were tired; very basic facilities in the kitchen, one non stick pan that was very worn, two water glasses and one was severely cracked so unusable, one small bottle of body wash for two people for three days so had to use hand wash, kitchen utensils were dirty, toilet bowl was heavily stained

Wonderful location with a great cycling and running track along the lake. Spacious room. Nice balcony.

One parking space in front of the building for 3 units—directly in front of the main door. We were courteous and parked in the car park, but awoke to a giant sprinter van in the space which made taking our baggage to the car a bit difficult with the narrow margin around the van…some sort of signage against large vehicles would be nice.

Loved the location and private jetty, stunning views from the apartment down to the lake. great having access to restaurant and bar. Appreciated the daily (lite) service with fresh towels, rubbish removal, etc.

Our apartment was very dated and not that good value for money. Friends had a similar apartment 10 doors down and theirs had been recently renovated and was much nicer with a better layout. We had been promised an apartment opposite our friends on the other side of the lake but this didn’t transpire. It is very annoying that you can’t see the exact details of the apartment you are paying for.

The view was excellent and the location was excellent. The staff was very kind! We loved this place.
