The villa, the location, the view, the beds, the coffee machine, the gas fireplace and did I say the view? All amazing. Very high quality property with outstanding views. Staff very friendly and helpful. Second time here and look forward to staying again.

Lived up to expectation on my second stay here, might be even better actually. Place was clean and comfy as usual. Plenty of amenities especially in the kitchen - very useful to hv plenty of kitchen utensils, cutlery and plates. And all working well and clean. Easy enough walk to the town by the lake, a bit of a hill to climb on the way back tho but good exercise (or opt for bus and taxis instead 😀).

Nothing major but on hot days, the bedrooms could do with ceiling fans as no aircon. free standing fan provided but very noisy to sleep through.

very luxurious feel, beds very comfortable, excellent kitchen and utensils, great location and view, even though we didn't pay for a lake view villa - you could still see the amazing lake. great living space with plenty of room for everyone and a very comfortable setting. Outstanding really :)

the WiFi connection was slow, but I didn't contact reception so may have been a temporary issue. the TV had Sky, which was great, but wasn't Smart, which meant I couldn't use my streaming subscriptions, which was the only let down in an otherwise perfect stay

I loved the spacious, clean and modern aesthetic of the villa. Heated bathroom floors and towel racks certainly added a nice touch . What I loved the most is the jaw-dropping views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables from the comfort of your living room and just for this, I’ll give the place a 10. The Villa is located about 15 minutes by foot from the downtown district. We didn’t mind the walk a bit since the scenery is truly breathtaking. We usually stay in rental/vacation homes when we’re traveling in a group and I’d have to say, this ranks probably on the top of my list.
