Great location, great breakfast. Concierge a little casual and not up to standard of all other staff who were very efficient.

Fitness area was small, not a lot of variety. No bike. No sauna/wellness area. Pool was small and shallow, no lap swimming.

I had booking 3 rooms on BOOKING.com Then, when I visited for checking in (18.00), front desk told us that 1 room was not available now. It would be late check in about 4 hours. l really confused that how the room I had already booked not available. Manager told us that I was not the first one to face this problem. I was head of my family trip. My trip had 1 infant, 2 older and 1 pregnant. I just wanted to make a fantastic trip but your hotel broke it. I chose your hotel because I hoped the best comfort for my family. Then what I get it?. My family (1 infant, 2 older, 1 pregnant) had to stay about 2 hours at lobby because this problem. They were so tried for a long day. I had travelled around the world, I didn’t see this problem before. I was not satisfied your hotel so much, I would review this for other people. I hated your Hotel!

- Breakfast was good - Location is fine

- I booked 2 rooms. Both was like 2nd grade room. Narrow sea view (walls around), one room smell badly humidity - We asked to clean or improve the smell of the room, noone came nether did something - As often, using Booking.com for "expected" high level hotel, they gave bad quality room -Outdated hotel. This does not deserve the price paid

The hotel was nice and location was convenient with nearby restaurants. Staff were very friendly. They also allowed us an early check in.

The European staff was excellent. The Chinese staff was very rude. Specially at the reception. They did not give us water even when we asked for it. This is the first hotel I have stayed in where they don’t give water even when asked.

The hotel was very well located with the waterfront just a walking distance away as well as the MTR. The check in and check out was done with a lot of ease and the staff was very helpful and did their very best to make their guests feel comfortable. The breakfast spread was amazing with good Indian vegetarian options as well.

The entire front desk staff along with waiters serving breakfast are extremely racist towards Indians. They make faces and give extremely rude replies to Indians. Why do you guys even take booking from Indians when you don’t like them. Extremely racist.

La chambre très spacieuse et bien équipée, la vue et la literie très confortable. Le personnel est accueillant et agréable, un vrai plus. Petit déjeuner de bonne qualité avec beaucoup de choix.
