員工非常有禮貌及有耐性，無論前台、行李部、房務、餐飲等等都好好。房內設施好新好乾淨，浴缸設計感滿滿，因為有帶小朋友，係外邊都可以望到，唔驚佢玩水果時發生咩事。自助早餐種類繁多，食材新鮮。

Well-located at an MTR close to central areas but with easy access to South Coast. The room was comfortable and well-appointed within the hotel complex. Facilities were excellent and staff helpful / friendly.
The food options were slightly disappointing and pricey.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist mit der MRT innerhalb kürzester Zeit in Hongkong
Leider ist das ein reines Familienhotel. Das bedeutet gefühlt sind mehr Kinder dort als Erwachsene. Besonders negativ ist aufgefallen, dass das Hotel wohl kein Interesse hat den Frühstücksraum zu vergrößern, da man anstehen muss wie in einer Kantine und das bei 40 € pro Frühstück. Nach vier Tagen hatten wir das Hotel gewechselt. Das Fullerton Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe ist nicht teuerer, aber weitaus mehr Service nicht nur im punkto Frühstück.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Pool Blick in den Garten bestellt. Bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer mit Blick auf Mülleimer und Abfall. Nach Beschwerde Kein Kommentar . auch die Bilder vom schönen Pool sind irreführend, da der Pool im Dezember, Januar und Februar geschlossen ist warum auch immer

Both availability of Western type and Asian type food. Coffee machine to make your own fresh grounded beans coffee. Long breakfast time so you can go down anytime from 7am to 11am.
Breakfast is crowded, I suppose its because Hong Kong spaces are at a premium so everything/everyone has to squeeze. Spread could be better.

I had a room just above the chinese resturant which was very accessable to it for lunch, and the open style of washroom was exceptional wonderful.... it had a deep square bath tub and a shower besides the separate toilet
the closing time for water spa was too early, they should open a bit late during the summer

very good hotel just next to the MTR, nice dimsum restaurant and room service only taking a bit too long time to serve
the room service need to wait for 45 ins to be served, much longer than the restaurants down in lobby

The steak restaurant was great
The room was so small and the double bed is not your usual 150-180cm. More like 150cm which is really too small for 2 person. Size of room is small and definitely not worth the price paid

No pet friendly indoor restaurants which is not real pet friendly special in Summer time not suitable dinning outdoor. Food quality just ok in this price and not much choice for room service.
