The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location for everything in Leisters and is easy to find. The food at both dinner and breakfast was of a good standard. The room was both comfortable and clean.

The dining tables available to you if you had a dog was very limited,

The beds were amazing, and the staff were very accomadating. The shower was great.

Our toilet in the room smelled like a public toilet. It wasn't very nice. We would have loved to have slippers in the room also

Young chap when I first got there was very helpful.

Was about to sleep when a party next door started playing music very loudly.turns out there is a venue literally 20 metres from the downstairs rooms that can play music until 11pm. So had to move. Next morning I had a business meeting in nearby location but the taxi booking I had made was not written anywhere and receptionist was quite rude to me. Taxi didn't arrive and had to get an user. Stressful evening having to move rooms and stressful morning. Won't stay there again.

The rooms for pets is quite far from reception,when your pet needs to go out first thing quite a walk to reception many pets might not be able to hold as ours did as hes young,but especially if the pet is an older one nearer to reception may be a thought.

the property was of a good standard and car parking outside.

card details left at the desk and told it had gone through. there was no notification to my phone but I assumed as it was a deposit they just took details. 1am we received a call to the room from the desk (waking the family) wanting card details. my son had a high level tennis tournament in the morning and we had discussed this with staff when we arrived so we were obviously very upset. Aftercare was terrible and the blame put on me insinuating I had insufficient funds on my card (which was untrue). I was given 2000 IHG points that I’d said I didn’t want. A little accountability and to be told the staff would be retrained would have been nice.

Room nice and big, beds super comfy, breakfast incredible value when pre booked, and all staff just great. Nothing to complain about at all!
