The breakfast was nice and the room was great. unfortunately the air conditioning did not work. This caused the room to be very hot and made our stay a bit unpleasant.

All facilities advertised should work. Especially on hot days you would expect the air conditioner to be in working order. I feel that we had been let down and no attempt was made to offer us a free drink or a partial refund so as to compensate the lack of cool air.

Better pillows needed…. Truly awful … a bit like trying to sleep with a breeze block under your head !!!

The breakfast can be varied. Especially there were no cheese on the breakfast.

Great position for the local university where we had just moved our daughter in to. Room had everything we needed but for some reason every hotel we book ends up with the room above the kitchen back doors which is very noisy on a morning.

Everything was fine .
