Bed and pillows. Bathroom and shower Did not have my receipt so far. Neither in paper or by email as promised.

The room was very clean. The check-in was smooth and quick.

Mattress was not comfortable. That was okay for just one night, but it would be a problem for a longer stay.

Bits of hotel were looking shabby ie. tables in bar wobbly, paintwork in places needing repainted (one of the toilet doors looked like it had been attacked by a bear). Manners of some of the staff were pleasant, others down right rude. We stood awaiting a table and 3 members of staff came to desk and ignored us.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a standard Holiday Inn room, which was comfortable, clean with all the normal amenities. The en-suite bathroom had a bathtub with shower over as requested. Heating was adequate on a cold December night. Parking is available at a NCP car park opposite, and Holiday Inn validate your parking ticket so that you pay £8 per night, which is reasonable for a city centre car park.

As the heating is done via the air conditioning unit, there is a noise when the heating is on. It is a pity that a flannel is not provided in the bathroom. There is no fridge in the room, as you would find in Holiday Inn hotels in most other countries in the world. I did not eat at the hotel, and so cannot comment on their dinner or breakfast n this occasion.

Good attention from reception staff. Prompt check in. Clean and efficient hotel. Generally good facilities. Good position in Central Glasgow. Reasonably comfortable room. Room had a bathtub. Parking at nearby car park at a reasonable price.

The en-suite bathroom was very small, and not very well laid out. No face flannels or bars of soap were provided. Only flimsy plastic mugs were provided, rather than proper drinking glasses. Drinks from the bar were very expensive. Overall value of accommodation was average.

I love this hotel, its in a great location, staff are so friendly and helpful.

Nothing If I was going to mention anything it would be the shower, not a very good flow.

It was centrally located to a lot of sights. a block from the bas station and you could caatch the hop on hop off right outside the hotel.

The hotel was beautiful. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were lovely it was our honeymoon. A young man named Paul who was on the front desk couldn't do enough to make our stay special.

We loved our room. We selected a superior double/queen which was nice and spacious. Actually our room was the biggest and best value for money in our entire two week stay in IRE/Scotland. The staff in reception and in the dining room were very friendly and helpful. They explained everything we needed to know for lunch and breakfast. It was great to be able to park over the road in the public car park with a reduced rate supplied by the hotel.

I never like showers over baths but it seems to be the way it is. Also, I have noticed in all our travels that shower caps, body lotion and facial cotton pads are never supplied in many hotels anymore, nor are face washers. A bit annoying if you’re not prepared,
