Air conditioning wasn’t working properly It was 34C outside Very uncomfortable in the room with a faulty AC I have mentioned it several times to the staff but nothing was done! I am a frequent customer of this hotel, so I don’t think this is acceptable!

Quiet location, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast.

The parking entrance is very narrow and it's very easy to scrape the walls with your car.

Great rooms and breakfast

Staff wanted additional charges for children even that the rooms and breakfast was already booked and paid for via booking.com. Make sure to read the policies if you children is over 7 or 12…if you read on the hotel webside even that booking.com say they are for free when up to 17.

No air conditioning

Modern, trendy decor and the rooms are very spacious with a balcony chairs & table. Walk-in large shower and a separate toilet which is great for a family! Rooms contain 1 double bed a single in an alcove, double sofa bed and a single sofa bed. Plenty seating and all modern on show storage. Self Service Breakfast was excellent quality with a fabulous selection hot and cold.

Half an hours walk from the lake but is on a bus route with the bus stop opposite. The air con wasn’t brilliant.

I needed parking & the Booking.com website said "Private Parking", which is why I booked this hotel. The private parking is NOT correct as we were told that our mid-size car would not fit & so we had to leave it in a supermarket car park in which the parking time needed to be renewed. Very disappointing & would not stay there again.

very comfortable room with lots of space for a family. Breakfast was good, fresh with good choice. Good for a 1 night pass through

Price/quality ratio. Very clean and spacious. Very nice staff. Small details which make a difference, such as gummies at the entrance. Very calm area.

The parking is very convinient, but the entrance is a bit tricky, very narrow. Location is not at the center (30min by walk). But we knew this and was totally fine to walk to the center.

Our family room was big and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Very friendly staff and parking connected to the hotel. Overall lovely exprience.

Breakfast tables were not cleaned after every client. Cutlery not so clean and coffee from the machine at the breakfast was awful.

Room was ice cold (heating device not able to heat room. Bathroom even worse). poor cleaning (old paper/garbitsch underneath the beds). Bathroom and shower VERY small (considering it was a family room)

We left early, because it was simply a transit hotel for us. We arrive late in the evening and it was a quick checkin. We have also asked for a parking spot, which was available, but this is also the main reason for the average result of our stay.

As a family room it was absolutely ok. two level, but big bed, two single beds. Those were way too soft in our point of view, so no one was really able to sleep well. The bathroom has seen better times, some shelved almost came down from the wall. But the most horrible thing: the parking garage. Seems it was made for Smarts only. The door of the trunk was hitting the ceiling, the spots themselves were simply tiny. But the worst thing was the way out and in. Really tiny, so a big scratch in the car was not to avoid :( So if you have a decent car, do yourself a favor and rather find sth outside of this garage.
