من أفضل الفنادق اللي حجزتها ب حياتي .. موقع ممتاز.. خدمات ممتازه وسريعه.. نظافة لأبعد الحدود .. سرعه في الخدمة… الموظفين تعاملهم جدا راقي. توجد محطة باص مقابل الفندق مباشرة ومحطة مترو كذلك.. قرب المحلات والسوبر ماركت .. يوجد بوابة للهايد بارك بجانب الفندق

Breakfast and staff are both excellent.

The TV in the room was not working correctly for three days. The noise from the road outside was too loud for a very high cost room. It states that there was an iron in the room and there was no ironing facility at all.

فندق على مستوى رفيع وموقع استراتيجي كل ماتحتاجه حول الفندق ( مطعم ايطالي / كافيهات افطار وغداء/سوبر ماركت/ صيدلية / مول هارودز قريب جداً باص رقم 74 والبكدلي باص رقم 9 / شارع ايجول رود جميع المطاعم العربية قريب ايضاً / حديقة الهايد بارك ( المدخل بجانب مدخل الفندق) موقع آمن جداً والمنطقة ممتازة للعائلات والاطفال ) اقيم في الفندق من 20 سنة ولكن صور الغرف غير مطابقة ( الغرفة صغيرة جداً كما هو معتاد في لندن )…لايوجد شطاف .. يوجد تكييف ممتاز

Good loved the view and buffet

The location was perfect to shopping and there was a bus stop right in the front of the hotel.

The bed were a little too firm to our liking.

Location, room & quality of catering. Lovely breakfast staff and room service team. Beautiful view across the park. Lovely large windows and immaculate bathrooms.

Reception staff not efficient. No details for breakfast etc. Minimal support. No greeting from doorman on arrival or friendliness towards child. Bed not made up for child as requested in booking. (arrived after 8pm). Hallways and reception looking tired. No modern lounge area. Car park lift broken. EXTREMELY narrow spiral entrance to car park. Trashed alloys and apparently this is the norm.

Excelencia em tudo. Desde a cordialidade no check in e em todos os serviços do Hotel, acomodações espaçosas com cama excelente e ótima roupa de cama, amenizeis de qualidade. Piano bar com muita animação e academia completa no prédio . Hotel fica ao lado do parque e rodeado de restaurantes e lojas.

Locations great for Royal Albert Hall. Also Kensington palace, Hyde park BST events and The Orangery walkable distance.

Posizione ottima in zona estremamente elegante e comoda ai servizi ed ai trasporti pubblici, a due passi dal parco di Kensigton Garden; colazione molto ricca e varia, sia nel dolce che nel salato, con attenzione anche alle esigenze salutistiche; letto matrimoniale ampio e comodo, divano letto un po' scomodo e cigolante ad ogni movimento.

This renovated Jr suite was one of my very best experiences in London. Design with intelligent and elegant simplicity. Great spaces are suitable for short and long stays.

Personalen var otrevlig. Var i Uk pga förälder som gått bort och valde det här hotellet då tänkte bra service och bra rum så att det inte blir ngn stress i en redan stressfylld situation. Det blev tvärtom. Fick ett dåligt rum som luktade mögel. Ej ok att de testar och ger ett dåligt rum för att se om man klagar eller ej. Det var så uppenbart. Fick snabbt ett nytt men det var mörkt och muggigt. De var då så otrevliga att jag kände mig kränkt. Sämsta servicen någonsin på ett hotell i London.

Fantastic stay at this wonderful London Hotel, great facilities and great location make it the perfect hotel. The attentive service from all departments is excellent and makes the stay even more special. The Royal Garden remains my favourite London Hotel

Lovely view over Kensington Palace and park, Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and the cooked food was hot.

Rooms were clean and airy. Restaurants had a nice atmosphere and loved local produce.

I had booked a garden room and we didn’t have a view of the gardens. Some staff struggled with English in the restaurant, so made it a little challenging. But overall a nice experience.

Lovely, attentive staff. Nice, if anodyne room. Good, comfortable bed - and a lovely view over Kensington Gardens.

Oddly, for a modern, purpose-built hotel, we could hear the occupants in both adjoining rooms. We could hear conversations (though not what was being said) and the television playing from the room on our left, and from the room on our right we could hear the occupants talking and speaking on the phone. The front desk staff say they have never had this complaint from this room before. I have no reason to doubt their word, but I am surprised the issue of sound-proofing has not come up before.

The bed was very comfy and the staff was incredibly helpful and lovely. My reason for the visit was the Royal Albert Hall so it was a good place to book.

I think I expected a bit more with it being as fancy as it was. Felt like some of the plug sockets even when used wobbled like the plug was loose. The TV wasn't great and the remote sometimes would not work with the TV no matter how many times you pressed the buttons.

The food choice at breakfast was excellent. It was well presented and beautifully cooked. I asked if I could have lemon and ginger tea, expecting a tea bag in a mug but a pot of hand made, specially prepared for me tea arrived which was delicious! We were seated by the window overlooking the park. Lovely! The occasion was my husband's 80th birthday and we were overwhelmed when we arrived to find we had been upgraded from a standard room to a beautiful luxurious room overlooking the park. We really were looked after very well. Sunday lunch was superb and our evening meal was even better! Beautiful to look at and full of flavour. Well done, thank you very much.!

The room was full of bugs, not clean, and dated. The attached gym was filthy. Even though breakfast was included in the room rate we were presented with an "optional" 8 POUND service charge to sign off at breakfast. Why not include it in the room rate? Why make your staff present these bills at the table?

Everything was perfect

Everything, from the moment we arrived they received us like family and to our surprise they even upgraded us from suite to one bedroom Appartment thanks to Ivan (sorry if misspelled). Breakfast was also delicious and we specially thank Sabine for her extra care and understanding our needs. Housekeeping on the other hand was exceptional and I had never experienced such expertise in cleaning and curtesy from this kind and energetic old lady (many thanks to her). All in all, I highly recommend this outstanding and exceptional hotel for whoever want to relax and feel like home.

Fantastic location! Great value for London and quite spacious room for me and my family. We will likely book again for business, too. Don’t forget to take a walk through Palace Gardens.

Myself and my boyfriend had a really lovely stay at Royal Garden Hotel. It was his birthday on the weekend we went and they made this extra special with complentary wine, a birthday cake and balloons in the room. It was honestly lovely. We had great service throughout our stay. Our room was lovely and I believe we were upgraded to an even bigger room for free. The room we had over looked Kensington gardens and had a sofa in it. It was truly lovely and allowed us to relax a little better. Room service was great and the in room food was lovely. We had French toast, my first time having this and it was very good. Entertainment was good, we had a chance to go to the bar and listen to a piano man. Ammenities were very very close the hotel: zara, TK Maxx, boots, muji etc were all a walk away as well as food and restaurant so we didn't need to travel far at all. We had a lovely stay. Our regards to the hotel who made our weekend lovely.

Slightly expensive as we just stayed for one night but it's quite a luxury hotel so made sense.

Great location, a large room with amazing views over Hyde Park and Kensington Palace.
