Essentiellement L’emplacement par rapport au centre Thermal QE HEALTH

Le manque de fonctionnalité de l’appartement , manque de rangement , des placards penderie et étagères pour rangement du linge …durant 3 semaines le linge est resté dans les valises …manque d’ustensiles de cuisine , mobilier sommaire ,Bac douche glissant , SDB étroite dans le 12 , le lavabo m’arrivait à mi cuisse ( lavabo pour nains) nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude pour les douches , dû à une conduite d’eau de la ville cassée , durant 15 jours . Je comprends que l’Ambassador n’était pas responsable du problème d’eau , mais cela venait aggraver notre insatisfaction …changer de motel était difficile nous avions choisi ce Motel justement parce tout près du centre thermal , nous n’avions pas de voiture .

Everything. Very central, clean, pleasant staff. Very comfortable and accommodating. There was a place to park my car for a whole week.

Oh just a few lights didn't work but did report to the office about that.

Close to town, quiet street, spa pool right at front door!

Great location close to waterfront and Eat Street. Free parking in the street and easy to get in and out for day trips

Heavy sulphur smell due to the proximity of the thermal springs.

Have stayed here a few times, like the convenience, location and privacy.

Spacious rooms and pools were great

Clean. Awesome staff let us in early. First motel I’ve been to that topped up coffee and sugar. Shower awesome and hot. Bed comfortable as. Warm room, no need for extra blanket. Free parking right outside.

The location was close to the Intercity bus depot, a short walk from the Lake, and lots of eateries.

we were given (complementary) milk on arrival that had a used by of that day. the fridge in the room died whilst we were there too. the pool/spa facilities look derelict.
