My spa pool was cold after I got back from netball it heated up nice and hot th day we checked out which was a bummer was the one thing I was looking forward too after my netball Game, our power keeper on turning off wen I plugged my phone charger into th kitchen wall or wen I'd use the jug, AND WE DID NOT GET AND WIFI RECEPTION AND WHEN WE DID IT KEPT SAYING CONNECTED WITHOUT INTERNET,so I had to top my phone up for my 4year old to watch her YT Kids, but loooved the location of motel str8 across from the netball function was awesome no need to drive anywhere at all.

proprietor’s were average, had 4 people staying and there were only 2 swimming towels, asked for 2 more and it was like I was asking for the world 🙄

Easy to find, fast check in, Beds were comfortable with warm blankets, Good size rooms/units, A lot of space and storage in the kitchen / fridge, all staff / cleaners were very kind!! always smiling and asking if we're ok! We definitely enjoyed our stay, Thank you so much :)

Large space for our family and safe off the main road. Kitchenette handy for breakfast and snacks etc. Close to town and helpful staff
More cutlery and larger cups would be good. Only 4 sets of cutlery for a larger family room. Only a couple spare blankets, if it was colder we wouldve been in trouble. No form of heating unfortunately. Noticed that the duvet had no duvet cover so unsure how often these are cleaned

Loved that there was a private jacuzzi and a heated pool. Judith gave us exceptional service and was so helpful. The property exceeded our expectations.
Would’ve preferred if the pool area was opened a bit later.

Facilities are starting to get a little dated but rooms still priced value for money.

Lay out is good with second bedroom upstairs and spa out the back. Staff friendly and helpful including the cleaning lady who replenished some supplies on second day. Good kitchen well stocked with plates, glasses cutlery etc.
Private spa good and hot.
Couch is a bit dated and sitting area could be better. Bathroom is a bit dated.

Loved the rooms plenty of space. Clean and tidy staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was beautiful kids absolutely loved it. Having your own private spa was wonderful.
Just 1 minor thing the shower pressure was very weak and terrible for a tall person as you can't adjust.
