Loved the pool and spa, so great to relax in. Check in was very easy and the location was so handy.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and everything was very clean. The pool area is lovely, and the pool is thermally heated so it was like swimming in a bath!

The staff were very friendly when I had to ask for replacement toilet paper because it wasn't restocked.

No air-conditioning it's not even the middle of summer and the room was too hot to get a good night's sleep, a fan does not suffice especially when it can't be plugged in anywhere useful. It seems strange that you'd install Tesla charging stations before installing air-conditioning in the rooms. No curtain or blind over the completely glass door in the bedroom. Doesn't help when you're trying to sleep passed sunrise. No way of opening or closing the louvre windows in the bedroom that are 2.5 metres off the ground, pretty annoying when rain starts coming in through them. The WiFi constantly cut out making it unusable. It may be interference due to other WiFi networks in the vicinity, might help changing the WiFi channel. The filtered water tap on the kitchen sink is covered in corrosion or some sort of build up, wasn't keen on drinking from that. I don't know if guests steal toilet paper often but we only had one spare toilet roll, when we used it the staff did not replace it even though the rest of the room was serviced. The drain directly outside the room smelled worse than the Geothermal vents in the Rotorua mud pools, I know you can expect today smell in Rotorua but when your partner who weirdly enjoys the Rotorua smell is gagging then you know it's bad. Not pleasant when it's constantly wafting in to the room that you're trying to cool with the door open because there's no aircon.

Location was great. Easy access to all attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
