housekeeping - did not even cleaned the room during the stay; expensive breakfast (not worth the value of money) - P300 in other hotels are buffeted or at least have a bottomless brewed coffee served.

From my first day at Crown Regencies I’ve felt very comfortable, the staff are exceptional. Im well travelled and I have never felt so relaxed and made so welcome as I did at this hotel. I extended my stay another week as it’s a perfect place to relax by the pool or in the Jacuzzi, I will be returning here the next time I visit Davao.

I liked everything about my stay here.

The hotel is old. The advertisement is not what you can expect in reality. Breakfast option is limited. No bidet. No hot water in the shower.

Staff super friendly.

Restraunt only has breakfast and only 8 meals to choose from and non were cooker properly. Also 2 nights of rain and the hallways were leaking as well as our room. The gym and spa were always closed.

Sulit naman 9200 for 5 nights. Expected na old ang hotel pero ito na kasi pinakamurang hotel na may swimming pool at breakfast. At ang taxi from SM Lanang nasa 70pesos to 103 pesos depende sa traffic. All staff are nice, most of them are OJTs (on the job training)

No more staff to accommodate us beyond 10pm

I booked for a standard room and since i checked in late they upgraded me to a villa for free. I was happy until i saw the two toilets. The toilet was dirty. There was a dark brown streak in the toilet that cannot be removed when flushed out. The same is true with the downstairs toilet. So i called the personnel and asked them to clean the toilet well because it is dirty. I even offered to buy the muriatic acid just to remove the dark brown streak in the toilet. But fortunately, the hotel staff cleaned the toilet well. But i hope next time, they will check the cleanliness of the room and toilets before they let enter their rooms.

They did not allow us to swim in the pool in our second day. The door of the room is a bit broken. The lock in the upstairs door leading to the balcony cannot be locked too. So there is a risk that someone can get inside the room.

That it was nothing like described .no bath no hot water the shower was broken .the air conditioning unit sounded like it was run by a diesel engine .would not walk down the roads outside the premises looked very unsafe .there was refurbishment work going on thats why there was no hot water was told by reception Shouldn't be on Booking.com .

the place was in disrepair. the pool was very dirty. the grounds were overgrown with weeds, there was no cable tv. there was no hot water, there was litter lying around the ground. there was no kettle. the free breakfast was 2 tiny sausage, fried egg and small rice
