Location, view stunning, room reasonable size but very low level lighting was a problem. Had to use a torch to find things!!

The location is superb. Very close to Lake Tekapo and Church of Good Sheperd. Quite close to super market like Four Square.

It look a bit old and the restroom also look not quite clean (as it quite old).

Excellent location with easy parking. Checked in after reception had closed but keys were left for us. The room was tired looking and quite basic but the view was great.

Needs maintenance, looks tired.

The beds were not very comfortable, unfortunately ended the one and only night there with our neck and backs all messed up.

The location was great.

Very noisy, we could hear the people in all the units next to us & above us until very late, so it felt like the walls were thin - one unit was still talking & banging about loudly until after midnight. The bed & pillows were very uncomfortable.

The bedrooms were tired and in need of refurbishment. the reception and restaurant area was refurbished to a high standard but the bedroom accommodation was quite disappointing

although clean it smelt stale. the shower was either to hot or cold with no pressure but get the right temperature then no pressure. no power points no hair dryer no plates. the fridges ice box had a ice tray that was frozen to the box under an inch of ice

if I’m being picky- I had to have the thick blackout curtains shut when in the room for privacy, would have been nice to have some netting to let light in and give some privacy.

The view

Shower not working properly, water was either extremely hot or extremely cold. Could hear the other guests through the walls. Wifi was poor. Room could do with a make over. Hooks in the bathroom that aren't broken to hang towels.

View was great, staff was great and repaired a tv fault quickly. Heating was good.

There was no mention of only stairs up to the first floor level of rooms. We wouldn’t have asked for a top floor if we had known there was no lift. Rooms were small and the lighting was very dim.

very dated and old furnishings and bed. the bathroom and bedroom were dark and grubby. the non slip mat in the bath/shower was very old.

Ease of checking in, room comfortable as were the beds. Also walking distance to the best Pumpkin & Orange Soup at Stones Restaurant. Parking was good also. Very handy place to stay.
