Central location - it has a water view but you saw more of the road than water. The room was pretty basic but clean and the bed was comfy

Recently remodeled room was wonderful. new carpet, furniture, wonderful bath tub and shower. fast wifi. great view of lake from our deck. great pool and hot tub. really nice place to stay after many long weeks on the road.

Nothing to dislike about the whole experience.

The staff were great upon arrival. The studio room was small but perfect for a couple of nights. The room was well equipped with a microwave and mini kitchen appliances. The room had that hotel feeling of being very clean and tidy. Parking right at the door. A nice balcony with table and chairs. Beautiful uninterrupted view of the lake and mountains. The tv with chromecast was a bonus. The on site facilities were great with room service from the restaurant available. The location was literally a 2min stroll to the main town centre. And directly across the road from the lakefront.

The room was very tired and looked it. Cracked paint. Old fittings. Old showers with traces of mould. Towel rails in bathroom not heated so in 1deg temperatures towels were wet in the morning. Furniture not moved for vacuuming which showed up dust and dirt. The most major thing was noise from neighbors due to no soundproofing. The walls are paper thin. I stayed here with my family in the 70s and I think some features of the cabinetry were the same but have since been painted up a bit.

The location was good. The room was very clean. Staff were very helpful.

I followed the instructions on how to operate the heat pump, but not being familiar with heat pumps, did not realise the device on the wall had to be removed and then used like a TV remote in order to operate the heat pump. Consequently, as the temperature outside plummeted to minus three degrees, I had a very cold night without heating. I think their instructions need to be edited for ignoramuses like me.
