Wifi was really bad

Unit 14 shower wasn't very clean. And the shower wasn't draining properly so you were standing in waste water hoping it wouldn't overflow before you finished

When we arrived we were worried it would be not a very provate place ‘cause all the apartments are so close to each other (as you see in the photo), but we couldn’t be more wrong - the apartments are really well planned and are very private and spacious, very separate from the other guests. Everything was veey clean and we had everything we need. We even got HDMI cable from the reception when we asked for it. Location was great - few minutes walk to the town center.

Large lounge, good walk in shower, cool unit due to position in the building. Pretty much everything we needed for a three night stay. I would stay here again.

Bathroom tiles are always unsafe so even though there was a hand rail in the shower I would have liked to have had a non slip mat on the shower floor. Unfortunately breakfast has been stopped due to staffing shortages but this information was not passed on to us so we could have been prepared

The location was fantastic. A short walk into town where there was everything you needed. The bed was also quite comfortable. A great stay if you're not spending much time at the apartment.

When we arrived the room was not ready. The sofa has no arm rests as it folds down into a bed, so not comfy to sit on. Neither of the tvs worked. And there was a leek in the kitchen sink which we did notify the staff about.

Location: close to the airport, free on site parking outside the apartment, nice walk to the town centre and Skyline luge/gondola rides Room: clean, basic amenities like shampoo/body soap, coffee/tea/milk pods are available and electric blankets kept the beds warm during the cold spring nights

no washer/dryer in the room but there's a guest coin laundry available. breakfast was cancelled last minute (due to manpower shortage) but the host refunded some money when we checked out after our stay. non-ensuite bedrooms

Booking.com had actually double booked our apartment so we were left without a booking for 5 days at this apartment, the owner was very lovely and apologetic and offered us a free night in their only room available free of charge so we had a place to stay until we found another accommodation.

it was clean

wall were thin could here other rooms, wasn’t very warm, rooms weren’t serviced. also we got breakfast included which was a huge disappointment two slices of bread each a yoghurt two packets of biscuits a box of bars and a lot of juice packets was not what I would call breakfast for two nights we ended going over the road for a buffet breakfast

The beds were comfortable and the premises very clean and tidy. Unlike our last visit, we had a TV which we previously were disappointed not to have. The mountain views are wonderful and the close proximity to town very convenient.

Lots of road work at the moment, but that is everywhere in Queenstown.
