didnt like cabin essentially joined to another and no running water or sink.

The room was very clean and tidy. The staff very friendly. Lovely hot pools.

The staff were friendly and communicated well. The room was clean and good value for money.

No complaints. I thought maybe the pools would be included with your stay but we had to pay extra and it was slightly more than I would usually pay.

Great location. Great place to stay for families.

Only gave two towels for four people and by the time we realised the reception was closed so had to wait until the morning. DeBretts hot pools and slides looked quite rundown. I do see that one pool is being renovated so hopefully the renovate the rest of the property.

Staff were amazing. We stayed in a cabin and the bathroom was across from us. The pools were 5 min away from our cabin. The room was very clean and comfortable for the 2 nights that we stayed and we could have stayed longer.

The blinds didn't block out all the night light and I should have mentioned this on checkout but it wasn't a big deal as I put up a towel

Beds were comfortable, nice quiet setting.

There was a dirty, greasy pan left in the drawer in the kitchen area and the dishwasher smelt like the filter needs cleaning. The reception staff on duty were friendly and helpful but the cleaners need to up their game.

Clean, tidy, peaceful, relaxing. Friendly helpful staff. Made my families 1st holiday a great one.

My only negative is that I had only booked 2 nights, I wish I'd booked for a whole week instead. We loved it so much that we didn't want to leave :(

Pools changed temperature a bit day to day but as it is natural water I guess it is hard to control

The walkways around the units could have been resealed or flattened to make walking at night easier

Grand children enjoyed swimming etc - we were fortunate to be staying next to whanau which helped, lovely relaxing, but a tad cold this time of year

The showers and toilets being communal, didn't think it was suitable for children. Tea and coffee not being refilled and no ashtray for outside

Awesome relaxing weekend away enjoy the soak in hot pools facilities were so clean

The cabin was cozy and comfortable. The shower was great despite moisture buildup.

We were there for the water park, mainly the hydro slides but only one was open…bit of a let down but the kids still had fun.

very noisy at night, there was no control around this, very disappointing . the superior studio was shabby, unclean, dripping shower that didn’t drain well. service clean each day was abysmal. I won’t be going back.
