Wonderful place, loved everything. The staff were wonderful.

Food could be a bit better really, not that it wasn't good but it did not feel varied enough. There could be a small bar by the swimming pool.

everything was great starting from the service especially Mr.Ibrahim in the reception all the way up to the food, beach and room service. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, they offered us the honeymoon pack for newly wedded couples and it was magical. A very good experience that I would love to repeat in the future :)

the pool wasn't what we were hoping for , it was a bit small however the beach experience was amazing so did not need to jump in the pool much.

- Worst customer service ever - Early check in was never done except after having an argument with the rude front desk agent Ibrahim - Ibrahim the front desk agent told him I will only pay for 2 nights for now then his reply was no problem if you want to leave go ahead and leave, no customer service whatsoever - Most managers in the hotel didn’t even bother to come to ask what is happening and they were approving the rude attitude from the staff. - Rude staff, we asked to have an umbrella for our table, one server said yes not offering to do it for us then when we tried to move it, another server said no no no no this won’t be moving and pointing with his figure - Asking for late snack the server said these are some leftovers not for Egyptians its for foreigners as Egyptians sleep early and foreigners don’t - Major difference between hotel staff treating foreigners and Egyptians, most of the staff is not smiling to us and the smile is from ear to ear to foreigners - Asked a server to get me a drink, he had some sugar in his hand gave it to me and told me to sit on my table till I get your drink. Very bad attitude and the worst service ever - Mr. Emad and Mr. Romany from the front were helpful and tried to solve the issue and the waiters Amr the Jacuzzi waiter and Hesham the lobby waiter were very nice and had the best attitude

· Words can not describe how amazing was Kaisol to give my wife and I the BEST honeymoon experience we can ever dream of. From the entrance of the lobby we were greeted and asked to sit at the couch rather than stand on a line. We came way too early before check in but they were able to accomadate us and give us temporary room for a few hours until our honeyoon suite was ready. the honeymoon Jacuzzi suite was perfect in everyway. The food at he resort was amazing, shout out to all the chefs who mastered every dish they presented. the snack bar was terrific. the employers made us feel like VIP the entire time. constantly checking if I need anything, setting up our beach chairs, going around with drinks, and no request was left unananswered no matter big or small. The beach and sand and calm water at this resort is the best in the area, period. After booking the resort for 4 nights, we came back for an additional 4 nights the following week. Special shoutout to these AMAZING people who made us feel welcome and at home - Eslam (Security) - His genuine smile, and gesture to open the door whenever we passed made us return for 4 ore nights) - Makar (House keeping) & Husein (reception) - In the middle of the night, they worked hard to fix my wife's broken sandal - Taaha (bar), Ismaeil (waiter), & George (waiter) - Their Kindness, smile, and dedication made our stay unforgettable - Ahmed (Gym trainer) - Very passionate, and motivating. His energy and care overflowed in his training, not just physically but mentally as well. - Mahamad (Life guard) - very friendly, able to help us find best seats on the beach. - Mahmood (Spa) - even though we did not get to book any massages on this trip, the quick 3 mins sample he gave showed he is very talented at what he does. During the 2nd stay ( Oct 20th - 24th), we booked a regular room and our view was a construction site less than 20 meters away. we had no privacy or view of anything. in addition the noise from the construction woke us up very early in the morning. When discussed w/ hotel management, they could not make any changes (not even for honeymooners) and did not want to offer any discounts given the conditions of the balcony. we did not have these issues on our 1st stay (Oct 11-15th) when we booked the jacuzzi room

Staff were so nice. Food was great. The room was clean and comfortable. Easy access to the beach.

The honeymoon package was below the expectations (especially the romantic dinner setup at the beach). It could be much better and well prepared. It was also a bit annoying that sometimes, asking for simple stuff while in my room (water bottles..) took more than half an hour, that I had to call the reception twice, and it happened 2 times.

Fantastic food with a variety of selections We could upgrade to a sea view for around 200EGP per day. The cleaning service was excellent. The beach is clean, and I lost my shoes, and the guards found them for me.

A camera was directly in front of the room, revealing what was inside. When I reported it, the staff didn't see this as an issue, and there was no way to move to another room as they said the hotel was 100% capacity. You can see the camera location in the photos. Sea view rooms are very close to the party location, and it can be hard to sleep as the sounds are loud outside the room, and they never finish the party in time. Electricity went out multiple times during the stay, and it was very hot.

Property was so great, staff are amazing, big thanks to Mr. Emad at the front desk, Mr. Emad went above & beyond to make sure we had a lovely stay. Also Hassan & Hassan Hayder at the restaurant area were very welcoming as well as Mahmoud at the room service. All the staff at Kaisol always greet you with a warm smile & do there best to assist you

I like it big time. From all perspectives, it is magnificent. The food quality and variety, the decent staff, the clean rooms and all area. All things are perfect. Couldn’t be happier!

All the staff needs an intensive training, exept the reception Manager( morning shift) No one knows the right information about most of the things and the room should have at least a brochure for the hotel facilities. The out door jacuzzi in my room wasn't working and i called them to fix it and for sure no one showed up.

The food is amazing with a lot of restaurants to choose from. The rooms are a little small. I booked the swim up room which it was tight for my suitcases. The staff were very nice and did not disappoint. The hotel is not massive with cool facilities. If you have been to massive hotels, do not expect this one to be like it. Overall, it’s a great place and mostly because of the food.

DO NOT book any trips with the office they have above the main Buffet (water national). They charge you extra like 6 times the real sale price with other people outside of the hotel. I booked a trip with them to orange island with 4 stops and the workers there kept telling me about how the quality is nice and made me pay 130 dollars for me and my wife which was about 4000 Egyptian bounds after negotiating and trying to bring the price down form 150 dollars. The real price outside is 350 Egyptian pounds and for two it would be 700 Egyptian pounds which is about 23 dollars for two people and they took 130 dollars and they keep lying and saying that it costs them a lot to scam you. I acted stupid and said it’s okay as long as it will be fancy and nice, but then it was a shock when I hit on the boat. It was disgusting and filthy. Also the snorkeling equipments and food were disgusting and smelled horrible. I will have pictures attached as proof. Any of their trips don’t cost more than 350 Egyptian pounds per person outside and then they scam you and ask for 75 dollars (2300 Egyptian pounds), and it ends up being horrible quality. After the trip was done, I went back to them upset and asked for refund. I told them I want 50 dollars back and you take 80 knowing that the real price should be 23 dollars, but again I just wanted to get it done peacefully. Ali helped me out. Again they kept trying to tell me about the cost and stuff to make me take less money, but I needed up taking only 50 dollars back and 500 Egyptian pounds which wasn’t not fair and still a scam. They pressured me to sign a paper and say that I thought it was fair which I ended up doing, so I can just leave with my money. It was Horrible and a scam.

The hotel is really good. Room size is great (superior room with pool view). All inclusive is great regarding the food, but alcohol is local and is below average.

At the begging everything was great and even we spoke to came back in a few months. In a few day later that changed because we got some issues - we didn't got the trip to Hurgada and we had to pay for late checkout (it was free of charge in our honeymoon offer). We paid 35$ and being transfer to another room - extra small and the biggest problem was the moist. The view was the next building in a 5m. General is a good place but it is not a exceptional.

Reception staff always made us sit and wait, we had a 20 hour day when we arrived for checkin but then sat twenty minutes to be given a room, eventually we went back to them, and they said they didn’t have the room we booked but instead could give us a room upgrade, the price when booking was £5 gbp difference so hardly an upgrade but that we needed to change the next day! you either give an upgrade or you don’t, because now on our honeymoon we have to make arrangements around a room change and not just enjoy our time. I’ve had these situations before but when you get that upgrade, that’s it you have got it. We then sat and waited in reception for 15minutes when we went to get the new room key. They just wasted our time and no compensation given, refund or gift of any sort. When we were finally in our jacuzzi room, the buttons on the remote was faded and no instructions on how to use it. turns out a guy comes with a key to fill up the jacuzzi but give this information, wasted more time there and then once it was full, you could just see the dirt floating on the surface of the water as they’re not properly cleaned so we never even used it having paid to be in the upgraded room with a jacuzzi. the Pool room we had, was good but the location of the rooms are awkward, there’s no privacy so it didn’t feel exclusive like it has at other hotels where we did select the private pool option. The first night buffet wasn’t great and then to book an a la carte restaurant is just impossible, they have this dated Windows XP ran computer to book and it never worked and crashed. We actually just walked into these without a reservation as it was impossible to reserve. it’s a good hotel but they have a lot of details to fix to really be considered a five star hotel, in my opinion.
