Le personnel est super, ( yahia à l accueil répond à toutes vos demandes)
Le ménage est nickel ( khalifa un homme courageux et respectueux)
L hôtel est grand, beaucoup d activité pour tous les âges.
La cuisine est très propre, même si ce n est pas le meilleur goût, vous trouverez de quoi manger.
L ensemble du personnel est très gentil.
La plage est mal faites, cailloux, trou… compliqué avec une poussette.

Personnel accueillant à l’écoute et réactif, mention spéciale à Ashraf pour sa patience ses conseils et son accompagnement tout au long de notre séjour. Nourriture bonne et variée, établissement top les enfants se sont bien amusés.
La qualité du wifi, et le soufflement de la climatisation un peu fort.

All was very good
The property is very far from the city, better if the hotel provide free shuttles rather then letting subcontractors making money .
It is better to work on the food quality rather than quality, there too much of food but the quality wasn’t at the level and hence westing too much food .

This is by far the best experience I have had in Hurghada until today.
Everything was amazing, friendliness, cleanliness, and attention to every small detail.
I can not thank Mr. Ihab (Reception Assist. Mgr.) enough, as he's really taking hospitality to a whole new level that I have not seen before in Egypt, and his team is definitely following his footsteps.
Also, the food was amazing during the whole stay, and I have to thank Chef Shaaban and his wonderful crew for this delightful and delicious experience, which was also the best I have seen.
We've enjoyed the aqua, and the crew over there was very nice and caring.
The animation team made a great effort to keep everyone in a good mood all day.
I will definitely be back.
The only thing I can think of is that we've missed having a sandy beach, but It didn't stop us from enjoying every minute of our stay.

My sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Mahmoud Mahjoub, Imad and Ziad at the reception. They made every effort to make my stay the best. We really enjoyed it. The water games are wonderful and suitable for the family.
Although there is always a means of transportation available to the beach, the beach is not paved enough, the location of the hotel is far from Hurghada, and drivers take advantage of the situation negatively.

La piscine principale (propre et agréable) et l’aquaparc (propre, varié et securisé avec du personnel en haut de chaque toboggan).
La proximité de la plage avec transats et parasols
La musique beaucoup trop forte et incessante au bord de la piscine (pour un hôtel familial).
Des rénovations sont nécessaires, notamment au niveau de la piscine des enfants où le liner se décolle et elle est « défraîchie »
La nourriture était variée mais de qualité moyenne au tout long du séjour.

Food was nice. The staff was extremely welcoming.
Manager Ahmed Moneam welcomed us in and during the stay he will make sure everything was ok. Ahmed helped us book excursion for my children during our stay.
Kids loved the swimming pool, Aqua Park and theme park.
The evening shows is fantastic we as a family really enjoyed it.
I think the à la cart needs improving but the service was excellent.

Hotel facilities are very good. Amusement rides, Aqua park, pools, restaruants are amazing. All the staff are kind, smiley and warm. Manager Ahmed Moneam and front desk manager took care of us every time. They make you feel you are special. Foods are various and very delicious. Our holiday was like a dream. We are lloking forward to come again.

Amazing people… assistant front office manager Mr Ahmed Moniem is so helpful and a gentlemen anything he can help with he does. Unbelievable service from him.

Propreté impeccable. Les enfants se sont amusés au parc aquatique.
Bref, le séjour était parfait. Un grand remerciement au directeur Ahmed et au chef cuisinier pour tous les services rendus.

Food was Amazing, everything you dream to eat you can find it , oriental egyptian food was more than waw I felt that Im eating at my home, thx for chief Shaaban , always around to ask about the food and if we need anything more
place waw , Aqua & pools , animation team more than amazing , love the foam party , stuff sooo nice and friendly u always find the smile on their faces thx for abdullah from the reception soo friendly and espically thx to Ahmed A. Moniem the front manager , recommended place , first time to leave a place and feel sad that i wont see them the next day , thank u sooo much .

Everything was fine.. maybe the pillows are not that good and the beach needed a bus, the hotel needs to inforce the rules of using swimming suits in the pool.. it is not acceptable to have people going in the pool with t shirts

Massive pools and water slides. Great funfair after dark. Huge range of excellent food. Helpful friendly staff. About £1200 all inclusive for a family of 4 for 5 nights during school holidays was very good value I thought for a 5 star hotel. One of the cleaners made a brilliant elephant from towels and pillows that put a massive smile on my 9 year old daughters face. I don't think this place can ever feel crowded due to its size. A wonderful relaxing holiday.
If you're hoping to go swimming in the sea on the private beach you'll be very disappointed as the sea bed is just rocks, corals and lots of sea life in the form of hermit crabs and starfish. There appears to be a huge drop off just past red warning flags as well. You can go scuba diving and snorkeling though. The shower head needs a better spray, the water pressure is very high and it comes out like a jet spray.

The food was nice and the staff everywhere in the resort was really super, they were so helpful and supportive. We will surely visit it again and recommend it to our friends.
The room's furniture, design, and bathroom can be better than that to match the level of the resort.

Wifi connection was really slow, it has been a problem for me. As a suggestion for such an hotel, it would be great to have heated water for the pools, so they could be more pleasant during winter and spring.

Room was spacious and clean, beds were massive and comfy. Nice bathroom too.
Restaurants were great, food was delicious and we really good variety.
Pools and waterslides were great fun, no queues at all. Plenty of sun loungers.
Spa was also amazing.

Great Hotel and Superbe service/
The beach is very close to the hotel - 10 min walk and with a wonderful coral reef.
The hotel staff is super helpful, friendly and caring and coming from Germany it is a real game changer !
Kids enjoy their time very much due to big water slide and at night with carousel, small roller-coast and much more
Finally we had a health issue during the stay and having a competent doctor in the clinic inside the Hotel is a massive plus.
Definitely will go again
The little down side was the food that just about average but at the end it is all good the weight :)
