The beach is great and the boat trip from the hotel was brilliant. The room was clean and there was a lot of greenery around the hotel gardens. I had a very good massage by Fatima and the pool was quiet.

The hotel is dated and needs a bit of attention. The bath in my room was peeling and the walls in need of a coat of paint. Some staff are genuinely nice, others only when you tip them which is a shame.

I liked most of the staff in the restaurant, bar, room service, and reception. The quantities of food are sufficient. The desserts are varied and many. This is the second time I have stayed in this place, but the previous time was better in relation to the location of the room.

Some of the employees are not mischievous..Some items of food are not good..The oriental restaurant has poor cooking in some items..I had a problem with the room adaptation, but the room was changed quickly and the situation was dealt with easily and smoothly...

Excellent location. town center very accessible. Food was brilliant. Plenty of variety and there were two cuisine styles every dinner, one is oriental. friendly and accommodating staff. Entertaining show every night.

Amazing experience at giftun azur. Beach is probably one of the best in hurghada with shops just outside the hotel. Food in the restaurants is good, very clean, wide variety including multiple dessert options. Thanks to the chefs, Ramzy and manager Yaser who helped in arranging vegetarian food options and were always happy to take suggestions. Ahmed at reception was always helpful with any requests.
