The staff was exceptionally friendly and kind. I had a great stay of 3 weeks and enjoyed also daily communication with the staff having a more personal feeling - feeling like home a little. Through my stay, they went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything needed and offering helpful recommendations on the way. The food was delicious and with great variety. I could only wish for future stays in other Hotels to be this pleasant. Would highly recommend.

No shopping malls arround. No close by metro. Shopping you have to travel about 25 Km.

Famous Swimming Pool closed for 28Feb until further notice also Gym closed until further notice and Rong GUI Fang Chinese Restaurant closed until further notice and it didn’t say in Booking.com or when we checked in only after an hour we found a letter saying all facilities will be closed until further notice. if you are looking for a hotel with an average room but clean and location next to the British School is good but if you are looking for a hotel to enjoy the city this is not the place unfortunately. truly disappointing and I have two upset children now that can’t swim.

The breakfast is good with variety. Location is good but it's not easy to get the taxi during traffic hours.

Very nice Italian Manager, very good customer service, free shuttle bus to Disneyland, nice breakfast, nice surroundings walking distance to Mall and SuperMarket. Value for Money
