1. Great location. When you have small kids, having a hotel, 5 mins from the beach and right next to the promenade, is great. It comes with some trade-offs. More on that below. 2. Balcony - pretty big with good view, we spent most evenings on the balcony once the kids had fallen asleep. 3. Staff - very pleasant and very professional. 4. Pool - guests can use the pool in the hotel next door ( indoor, pretty big an deep, has a sauna). 5. 2 rooms in the apartment - kids slept in one room while we had the other one for ourselves. 6. Outdoor dining area - breakfast and dinner on the terrace outside was great. Food was pretty decent; although choice were limited to 2 dishes, for both breakfast and dinner + cold platter (e.g. if you wanted eggs,you could only get scrambled eggs)

1. Our room did not have AC. It was hot during our stay so we had to keep the windows open at night. Hotel is close to the promenade and concert theater; as a result, kids had some problems falling asleep as we got serenaded by street musicians ( shout out to the dude with a bagpipe). We could hear the concerts taking place in the theater; and we could hear music from one of the nearby clubs. It all created a cocophony that made sleeping sometimes difficult. 2. The decor and general aesthetic of the hotel is something out of the mid 1990s. Everything is clean and neat, but it feels a bit dated and at this price point, one could expect something more contemporary. 3. Very few parking spaces, so if you book your stay in advance, try to book a parking spot as well. There are several paid car parks in the area and even though the hotel is located in a zone with paid street parking (from July onwards), finding a parking spot near the hotel was impossible and most parking lots were full over the weekend 4. There were still some covid restrictions in place during our stay, but not all guests wore masks in the lobby or stair case

Breakfast and Dinner very good. Internet worked perfectly well.
