Location was good
Entry at security after every trip was timeous
Restaurant was short on certain items; had to ask for sugar, sometimes no spoon with coffee

Beautiful scenery a short drive from the town centre

Golf estate, facility and the place. great food especially for dinner and for vegetarians
could not get proper information from front desk on nearby places especially the various vineyards. felt the knowledge of the staff manning the desk was not good enough. would also have preferred better vegetarian options for break fast . also the GPS location was always getting the place wrong.

Beautiful views and great service!
petite/classic rooms have a lot of light coming through at night due to artificial lighting in the hallway. the gym was also a gym room with only a bike and one set of dumbbells in. the one other machine was broken and unusable. this shouldn’t be listed on the facilities.

Location good for exploring Stellenbosch and wineries.
Wifi free but v poor. TV not a smart one and had few programmes on it.

The staff were fantastic. The grounds were beautiful. My room was impeccable and the bed so comfortable and luxurious after a long haul flight.
There was no bubble bath

Breakfast was always very good. Occasionally staff were tripping over each other and orders were duplicated.
I was very disappointed with the state of the swimming pool. The water always looked cloudy and was no surprise as it rarely got cleaned . There was sand on the bottom of the pool which was there throughout our stay and we were there for a month. The steps had green algae on them and were only cleaned after I complained for a third time. There was always debris floating on the surface. I certainly was very careful not to swallow any water!!!!

Everything from first minute till we left . Amazing , warm, kind atmosphere. Talented beautiful people around. Super clean and comfortable rooms. Wonderful landscape , cute animals, many different birds. Breakfast excellent. Place to come back for sure and tell friends and family 🎄❤ Thank you very much and all the best in 2022 !

The unit is very tastefully decorated! Very clean and spacious. The staff was extremely friendly.
The overhead shower in the bath was leaking, there was water everywhere. The seals on the shower door are wearing thin. There was only one channel that working as part of the DSTV package. Which was a bit disappointing. The menu was great on the first day when we arrived, but for a 2-night stay, can become unappetizing as the options are very limited.

Great stay in 2 bed apartment for 4 golfers.
Really Good and friendly service all round and food in restaurant of a high standard if a little pricier than some SA venues on our trip, but still good value .
