There was mold in the room and I literally caught a really bad sinus infection and asthma flare up. Was put on steroids

We only had two towels, two hand towels and two washcloths. What hotel does that? TV had awful reception.

Breakfast was a joke. The rooms were worn and dated. The bed was uncomfortable. The cable stations were limited and not listed. The key cards kept deactivated. The staff was unfriendly at the desk. Expected better for the price.

Location was excellent, No housekeeping overnight. Beds not made, trash not emptied, no clean towels, etc.

I have stayed previously in this motel because of the price and both experiences have not been too pleasant. They promote breakfast included but only have a bag with a few; id say snacks in it. Rooms are not as clean, bed sheets have hair on them. Bathroom and shower are mostly dirty. We placed the tag they provided on the door after we left for the day, so that room service can be provided and our dirty towels can be taken. We come back and all the towela are still there. and beds not cleaned.

Comfortable and a friendly staff.

So-called breakfast was horrible. The only thing available was a small packaged muffin and juice.

Clean facility and rooms

The price of the room was reasonable, it was clean, and the staff was quite friendly.

Although they claim there is a breakfast available, what's provided cannot reasonably be called a breakfast. The coffee was good, which surprised me, but only a few other meager items are provided - yogurt, apples, and pre-packaged pastries - which cannot constitute a meal for a reasonable person. Also, there is no gym or fitness center in the hotel.

The location is good, close to everything you need.

Our room had roaches….I will get to that. Let’s start with the “can live without”, but in 2023 every hotel should have these … no coffee maker in the room (they advertise as having them)/ the TV remote was generic with no guide on it for the TV/ awful little throw pillow size pillows on the beds. NO ELEVATOR. We stayed in 2 different rooms while here. Both rooms the showers were old and gross. One room more then the other. We switched rooms because our first room we found roaches in the bathroom our second night there. After thoroughly searching the second room we felt ok staying there. Not good, but ok. It was late. The noise in this hotel was OUTRAGEOUS. At 7:30am it sounded like elephants were jumping off the bed in the room next to us. Over and over again. The doors slam so loud. That’s all you hear all day and night. I travel a lot. I have stayed at this chain before and many others. This was my worst experience at a hotel.

Quite and great location

The fact that our toilet clogged and we tried to undo it ourselves but it didn't really work it would go down slowly now it doesn't even flush at all and they never had a maintenance person come and try and look at it

The website has pictures of a big breakfast buffet but all they had was prepackaged muffins, apples, and bruised bananas. Website also said coffee makers in rooms which wasn’t true, stains on the sheets, beds uncomfortable, dirty bathroom, and no elevator.
