Staff Service, breakfast and location

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.

Its too expensive to buy anything from there. Ive bought only a small water and a cup of coffee for almost a hundred bounds .

Sense of true friendship

Carpet was too old and too much dirt on it. I asked for pair of sleeper and dental kit. Its complementary for one only irrespective of number of days i am staying. All are chargeable and price seems exorbitant. I spent 9 night i guess but got sleeper once only and dental kit once only.

Breakfast was not good either. It was ok but not many choice. I stayed other hotel too in Alex and familiar with the facilities.

Great location. Clean and luxurious. The staff is super friendly and try their best to help you with anything !

The pool was great and there was a lovely seating area on the top floor with views across the harbour. It’s very easy to reach the Corniche from the hotel. The staff were so polite, friendly and helpful, especially the woman on Reception who tried every day to sort out our Wi-Fi problems. The restaurant Toscana had really good food that was well-presented, and they’ll cook your pizzas crispy without a soggy base if you ask. The room was quite spacious, if a little out-dated.

The Wi-Fi really let it down, even after we paid for the high speed internet, and it wasn’t like there were a lot of people in the hotel using the web during our stay. The price is too expensive for what it is, given that the Wi-Fi was so poor and intermittent, and the bathroom silicon needed replacing.

Central location. Close to the cornish and city centre

Run down and noisy hotel. Everything is old and used to the bone. My Room had dirty carpets and windows. Bed linens were old and used. The rooms needs total refurbishing. Avoid ...this place is an old mess but charges 2022 prices. Breakfast with poor and cheap products. One of My worst experience. Noisy dirty and very expensive. Lots of better places in Alexandria.

they don’t know anything about treating foreigner, I’ve been coming to Egypt every couple of years from Australia, and I stayed in so many Hotels in Egypt from north to south of it but no hotel ever treated me that way the duty mangers is not will educated about there jobs, the rooms is really bad and smelly, very bad mattress, bed sheets not clean and windows is disgusting, broken stuff in the bathroom, no hot drinks tray in the room and when I asked about it they told me we run out, and they didn’t send me my breakfast that I paid for in the room rate, my booking was 3 day and non refundable booking and I checked out in the second day, they are really dodgy they didn’t add all of there policies on the hotel account but after you pay the non refundable money and go there and they didn’t even mention any policies in the hotel or the check in document that I signed, after all of that they come to me tilling me that a strict hotel policy and you will inforce it even if you don’t like it and threatening me with the tourism police.
