The front of desk assistant, Trymore, welcomed us with a bright smile and was quite keen to help direct us to the nearby shops when we needed some assistance.

From the moment you enter the gate, the warm hospitality of the staff is palpable. Everything was so organized and delivered as expected. The rooms are exceptional. From the decor in the room to all the conveniences in the room...we loved it. The beds were so comfortable and not having to call and ask for anything was an added bonus. We especially loved being asked how we slept every morning. The guesthouse is conveniently central. We had a ton of activities booked and being close to everywhere we needed to be just added to our love for this place. It was great value for money and we'll definitely be back to Pumleni very soon.

The place is close to most entertaining places to visit. It is safe and secure. The staff members are very friendly.

The bit of smell in the toilet. My neighbors' TV was very loud at night while I was sleeping. Could not watch some programs on TV

No breakfast, reason known to the guests house.

The staff, the welcoming, the room, it was all very very nice and professional. Even after we had some miscommunication with the booking and payment and emails not going through they handled it really good and did their best to accomodate us.

Hot Water was an issue

The moment we arrived it felt like home. she was so attentive to our needs without having to tell her. she picked up on our friends discomfort and made changes to ensure he is comfortable , she also helped so nicely with ensuring rooms was nice and cousy with every return for us. it was really just the best service. defiantly recommending her to friends and family.

Cant think of anything as my stay was amazing

The location was just perfect. The rooms immaculate and the staff was like family away from home. Access, parking great. Accessibility to entertainment areas around was just excellent. The bonus was the generator in time of Load shedding.

Nothing really!

We made a booking (two rooms), it was confirmed by Pumleni and the payment was made but when we got there they never booked our rooms. Our rooms was not available, they only had place for us at another guesthouse to stay for one night and the other night they had no rooms. On a long weekend we had to search now for a place to stay the other night. Horrible service!
