Beds super comfy. Would've been best if the weather was fine but can't control that!

Breakfast was fine. We got there towards the end and some of the items had disappeared. The room was crowded for four people but comfortable and quiet, and convenient to the city.
More room in the room.

Great place to stay; comfy beds, great breakfast and restaurant had also very nice dinner options so we didn't have to go farther in the evening.

Very beautiful location by the lake and not far from the city center
I was expecting more considering the price:
- The last day when we left we asked if there was the possibility to store our luggages there and we were told no so we had to go around the whole day with luggages
- The day we arrived there was a concert in the hotel restaurant that went on until midnight and the hotel room was directly on top of the concert.
It was not a problem for us and we actually enjoyed it but I feel like it’s the kind of information you should know in advance when booking because not everyone could be ok with that
- The room was clean but there was some medicine leftover from the previous guests on the sink

Restaurant was great! The breakfast was amazing and definitely worth the price.
I didn't initially feel welcomed by the staff, I didn't get a "hello" and or any help during check-in. The day after, during check-out, they were more polite and cheerful :)

Location by small lake, quick access to city center by car, shopping mall close by.
Dirty pillows and bed not made to expectations. Advised front desk and promptly resolved the matter.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Parking is free and there are plenty of parking spaces. I can't say what the staff is like, I didn't even see them during my stay in the room.
During the stay, none of the employees entered the room to change the towels or take out the trash. Maybe it's standard... I don't know. Disturbing noise in the room throughout the night. There is no fridge in the room. Next time, when I come to this hotel, I would like that they don't offer me a room right next to the reception and with a view of the stage.

The staff were very helpfull when I had a problem with my card at check in. The location was nice, good walking distance to the town.
There was hostel vibe, to the whole place. I thought the hotel part would be more separate. Durring my last night the room next to mine were very loud, playing music and yelling. I went to get someone on staff, but was not able to find anyone.

Great rooms and comfy beds.
They had a big group/company visiting at the same time and at the same place- meaning a lot of noice in the restaurant and hallways in the evening. I was traveling with my grandmother and we could not have a conversation simply because of the noise.

Hotel is located on such an amazing place directly next to the beautiful clean lake, with its own beach, where you can swim in summer, and close to the park and not far from centre.. Hotel has its own and very spacious parking, and for free, which is amazing. Restaurant of hotel is very nice designed and very beautifull, and what more, with a view on the lake through big windows. Breakfest was delicious, excelent, offering a lot of variety and wide selection . Price is also for all of this good. We were really satisfied and it wotrh money :-)
