Fabulous location, really warm welcome from the owners and room was really comfortable.

Struggled a bit in a double bed when we are used to a superking but was fine for one night

fantastic bed and breakfast in the heart of Bowness-On-Windermere. exceptional clean, well run, hospitable management team. loved our stay and will stay longer next time. this is the only place I have stayed that is truly 100% dog friendly/ a fantastic experience for all 3 of us. thank you

Bed was a little hard for me

I love their big windows! And the soundproofing is great, the neighbourhood is quiet, and the lake is only a 5 minute walk away! Breackfast is really nice ❤️

Great location. Very central. Host was very friendly and welcoming on arrival. Room was very clean and lots of touches like bottles of water, teas and coffees in the room.

Nothing at all it suited us

Good communication. Was given a bigger room for no extra cost, lovely, warm and clean. No noise, delicious breakfast with friendly staff. They also lent me a phone charger as I had forgotten mine.

Hosts gave us a bottle of prosecco to celebrate my birthday and our wedding anniversary . Excellent breakfast

Amazing, Angus and Sherry were lovely, and nothing was too much trouble. This is a real dog friendly place, doggy blankets and treats available. The location was perfect, friendly and clean. I'm looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommended. Thank you Steve, Michelle and Jessie.

the hotel in a perfect location, warm and friendly, the hosts cannot do enough for you. I stayed with my two dogs and nothing was too much trouble, made them their own sausage for breakfast and even provided dog blankets.

the front door on a main road but not a problem really

The property was immaculate, Angus and Sherry went out of their way to ensure our stay was amazing. The accommodation is perfectly placed for access to all amenities in Bowness. With a full Cumbrian breakfast inside you from Angus, you won’t need to eat again till tea time! Angus’s recommendation for Jackson’s bistro was spot on , we ate there twice! )we only stayed two nights!! )
