Really friendly and helpful staff

Good location, good wifi

The parking is 4 blocks away. We were in a room on the first floor, and much of the night, we were awakened by very loud people. first, a group of people then, in the front area, from 3:30 AM until 4:30 people arguing. There is no window in the room, a small TV, no Netflix, a strange buzzing sound like a refrigerator running nearby.

Small but cozy hotel. Has a great location, everything is in a walking distance. Staff is very nice and always willing to help.

A/C is a little noisy but other than that everything was great!

Location was perfect — in a quiet part of town but within walking distance from the attractions. Nice and accommodating staff — always pleasant and willing to help. They even followed up with me when I informed them of an item we left behind and offered to send it to me.

Cosy, classical hotel in the city center. Close to some of the good restaurants and close to most of the central sights.

Parking is a bit tricky, especially when arriving at rush hour.

The location was good, the courtyard area was nice and the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Our was very small, smaller than what we thought we booked. Also, it was on the main level right off the kitchen and breakfast area, so it was noisy early in the morning. The towels were frayed.

We were given a room that was on the ground floor. There were no windows, and there was noise starting early in the morning when they started breakfast preparations. The towels are old and frayed. The room was smaller than what was advertised.

The internet was very bad and we never got any signal in the room, so having to go to the lobby to use it was very uncomfortable. Also, it was not possible to open the window, so the room felt kind of stale/hot without the AC all the time

The staff especially is very friendly and helpful. We felt recognized as people, and not just another faceless guest.

we were located just feet away from the truck in lobby and it was loud with people. It was also loud with airplanes flying over top. The TV didn’t work on day one and for the rest of this day we only had a few Spanish stations English stations. when we left the hotel, they offered us to call a taxi or use their free shuttle. We took the free shuttle, and the shuttle driver charged us 300 pesos a taxi was about 50 pesos. We will not be coming back here.

excellent service by all employees, spoke English and were very attentive

everything was ok

the rooms and common areas are kept well maintained and clean. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. They even arranged a Covid test (to re-enter the US) for the day of our departure.

Everything was well kept. I only wish they had more visitors to make it more lively. The pandemic has been tough on the city.
