The breakfast was good with lots of varieties.The staff especially Ajay,Imran & Kushal worked exceptionally well.

The location is a bit outside the centre location. Park prime at same rate is in better location.

Food, roomservice, staff behaviour, policies are like we are in military camp not in a hotel. Worst experience and decision.

The property was centrally located and it had an awesome breakfast buffet with diverse choices.

The front desk agents displayed a lack of professionalism and were extremely slow. The doorman was absent at the gate, and there was no assistance in opening the gates or car doors upon arrival. Similarly, no one offered to help with the luggage. The concierge facilities were disappointing, as the hotel heavily relied on inexperienced interns who were not properly trained in guest interactions. The waiters were also talkative. Food Service was slow at the restaurant. Additionally, the rooms were not ready at the scheduled check-in time, leading to significant wait times during both arrival and departure.
