Muy cómodo el alojamiento, pude disfrutar de un buen descanso en camas muy cómodas, un desayuno exquisito y todas muy amables y preocupados de los huéspedes. Gracias por hacernos sentir en casa!

The host was wonderful. The property was perfect, we stayed at another place in lima and paid 3x as much. This was a much better experience. My family loved it and the rooms are good size. The beds are comfortable and clean. They have hot water, not all places do. (Learned that the hard way)

We spent four nights total at this hotel and I have only positive things to say. It is clean, comfortable and has hot shower water. The staff are just lovely and super accommodating. The breakfast is one of the beat I’ve ever experienced in Perú with a great assortment of fruits, vegetables, bread, cheese, and freshly scrambled and/or fried eggs. There is a same day laundry service which makes life on-the-go so much easier. We stored our excess bags without issues for two nights while we stayed in Ollantaytambo for our Machu Picchu expedition. The location is fantastic but do be prepared for very tight streets and the need to navigate single file sidewalks and passing cars. Loads of shops and eateries nearby. A beautiful hotel with a family-friendly courtyard. An all-around charming stay. I highly recommend booking your Cusco stay here.

I like how they provided breakfast for me at 4am before my trip to machu pichu. Also they were able to hold my luggage before my flight back to lima.
It was a little bit cold in cusco, so a heater would have been nice but the extra blankets were very nice!

Very noisy - could hear other guests moving in their rooms due to the creaky floors and open courtyard. Work seemed to get going from 5am and you could hear everything

This is a very nice hotel located in the most picturesque neighborhood of Cusco. The hotel looks like an old Spanish house in wood. The rooms are situated around a central courtyard were you can eat breakfast. Rooms are clean and well provisioned and beds are comfortable. The shower was good with plenty of hot water which you will appreciate all the more after a 4 day Inca-trail without any of those comforts.
Breakfast is good and there is coffee and thee available all day long. On our first morning there wasn't much left of the breakfast buffet though.
In the neighborhood are plenty of shops and restaurants and you are a 20 minute walk away from Sacsayhuamán.

Huascarán Casa Boutique was very well located, offered good breakfast and a great shower. the staff were very nice and communication was fluid. They kept a bag for us when we went to Machu Picchu.
the tv was not working although we were busy with getting to know Cusco so we didn’t mis it.

We loved the loft that we stayed in! My child loved going up and down the stairs just inside our room! The room was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. Hot water all day and good pressure! We also loved the central atrium space for meals and chilling. Felt like being home! Hot water and coca, muna tea all day! They even made jelly dessert for us one day. The staffs were super friendly and nice. Laundry was done in one day. Breakfasts varied day by day and were made for service as well. We enjoyed the stay very much and would love to come back when we visit again. Thank you!
The bathroom shower needs a shower curtain otherwise water would just be splashing out and make the floor very wet and slippery. It could easily cause people falling which is one of the hazards you would like to avoid. Also the bathroom door makes a very squishy noise when you try to close it. Other than these, the hostal is super nice!

I like wachi very much, he is a Great employee und this Hostel. Anyway it is very clean, offers a good breakfast and it is very Near to the Plaza de Armas.

location was great. quiet but only few minutes walk from the plaza. rooms are clean and the stuff is amazing. supported when I was sick and also managed to get my phone back after I forgot it in the taxi....thank you Wachi very much for making our time so nice

The location was fantastic close enough to all the main attractions but far away enough not to be noisy. The value for money was incredible I have payed a lot more for a lot worse. The room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the city. The hostel itself is in an older but well maintained building unique to the area so if you want something authentic with good value for money stay here.
There was some issues with the hot water but the staff were able to fix it right away. Super friendly and helpful staff.
