This is my second stay during this year. It is four bedrooms apartment. The apartment space area is quite good. Beds are very comfortable. The hotel facilities are still good

From day one I requested additional bed and they promised me that they will provide but they didn’t. On the first day I also ask them to repair/replace one faulty light in living room but they have not. Most of the time the reception desk does not answer the phone calls from the room.

مستوى النظافة سيئ ، مستوى الخدمة جدا سيئ ، الفندق جميل، لكن الإهمال وقلة النظافة وعدم متابعة الجودة وفريق الخدمة ضعيف ليس بمستوى 5 نجوم ، روائح كريهة بسبب سوء النظافة.. رغم اني من محبين سلسلة الانتركونتيننتال إلا ان هذا الفندق لايستحق الاسم

حريصين على النظافة و موظفين خدومين تتصل اي وقت على الاستقبال و يردون عليك علطول و لا يطولون بتنفيذ طلبك بوفيه الفطور كان كبير و منوع الغرف و مرافقها كبيرة و شرحه حجزنا جناح بثلاث غرف و طلبنا سرير اضافي ولما وصلنا للاستقبال قالوا سوينا لكم ابقريد لجناح اربع غرف ما تحتاجون سرير اضافي الان 👍🏼 المصاعد كثيرة بالتالي ما تتعطل كثير و انت تنتظر فيه تعليقات كثير عن بعض الحمامات ان مافيها رشاش و فعلًا في جناحنا صادفنا بعض الحمامات مافيها لكن الحمام اللي ما فيه يصير فيه كرسي يرش مويه تنظيف الشي الوحيد المستغرب ولا يعتبر عيب ان كل الغرف مافيها مرايه بالتالي تضطر تروح للحمام عشان المرايه

Location and staff are very friendly.

I liked the reception team and the manager Mr Ali Fouani.They are amazing and very helpful.

Nice pool in the upper level, friendly staff everywhere, special Erika Marie from breakfast, good location

Breakfast buffet was amazing! Lots of choices! Rooms are spacious.

Elevator rides are confusing. You have to transfer if you want to go or came from higher floors. Our unit smells like smoke or shisha when we checked in even we booked a family room.

The response from the front desk is excellent. When I entered the room, there was also a confirmation call from the front desk.

All that has offered are given that you didn’t feel you are under budget. Water supplies are more than enough, soaps, body wash and towels. You dont even have to ask for extra unlike with other places. Facilities are very clean and staff are friendly.
