EXTREMELY GOOD STAY WITH PRIDE PLAZA NICE AMBIENCE , FOOD IS QUITE GOOD . ROOMS ARE VERY BIG AND NEAT AND CLEAN. MS. SUNANDA IS VERY HELPFUL.

We had an excellent stay at Pride Plaza Kolkata. Very good property , nicely maintained. The buffet breakfast spread is excellent and the rooms are very spacious . Food quality is very good. Ms. Sunanda from reception helped us a lot during check in.

The day I entered room was bad smell of moisture for all 4 days. They don’t much in menu and breakfast all the items was repeated for 4 days Same bed sheet was used after room cleaning They charged 4 times higher for taxi to airport and even I booked the taxi they took money in advance and didn’t booked any taxi and then they booked next day early morning and I was late to airport for 45 minutes ( supposed to missed flight) I asked them (as my flight was early morning)to packed the breakfast a day before but it was not done in time and when I saw the breakfast it was worst to eat . I just left packet in reception and waited for taxi which was already not booked by them .

Nice hotel . Very much satisfied with all the services given to us. Ms. Sunanda in reception is very helpful and she has a good smile on her face. We will definitely come back here to stay again.

The property is wonderful cleanliness is properly maintained housekeeping is very active ,front office staffs are very helpful will definitely stay here and Aditi Biswas is very helpful in front office.

Breakfast is very tasty and the interior of the room is very good the reception staffs are very helpful Archana is very polite and caring would like to visit again.
