Accessibly parking was disappointing. Not having a park for each room, more like each for your own. 1 night out of the 3 I was able to park on the premises. 2 of 3 had to park in open parking on side of facility in which car was not under cover. When booking the accommodation I choose City Golf Motel as it appeared to be on Golf Course, quite, greenery location. Upon arrival we realised it was right on main road. Room overlooked a busy road and was far from what it was advertised as.

Towels were hidden in the cupboard which was extremely difficult to find. Half shower bath tub was terrible.

We couldn’t get into our room when we got home from dinner so that was very disappointing.

The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The staff are very nice.

The staff was lovely and helpful. a great location and super comfy bed.

The shower pressure was a bit lacking and the bath tap sprayed a bit all over the place. The toilet had green water stains in the bowl.

used tissue behind bedside drawers missed by cleaners. Rainwater leakage under front door during storm.

room was spacious, clean and comfortable. staff were friendly & great! I left a belonging behind and within an hour of leaving they contact me and arranged for it to be posted to me! highly recommend and will definitely be back!
