some receptionists did not speak English very well, also few waiters, so not easy to understand each other, changing money at the reception very slow. Air condition in some areas set on too low temperature (compared to outside temperatures)

The location is superb as expected. Room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good.

Communication barrier with staffs. As an international hotel. Staffs should be more well versed with English language.

The bedding wasn't changed the whole stay The duration of the food preparation was so long They changed the price of the booking and increased it The balance of the deposit is not yet returned and the receptionist didn't accept to give me any proof

Noi am ales acest hotel si datorita acestui serviciu dar si cu acest neajuns nu am fost dezamagiti de hotel , din contara a fost peste asteptari.

只想到優點沒有缺點：1)住宿位置就在地鐵附近，而且不只一個地鐵出口。2)附近有很多商場，食街，應有盡有。3)早餐豐富，環境佳。

Perfect location. Execellent stuff. Easy access to tianhe plaza, subway etc. Super nice room cleaning services. Good view. Big room. Worth the value. The wifi can access ins, youtube etc Kids friendly.

The location! It’s very accessible with the metro main line 1 and 3. Food and shopping centers are just at reach! Everything is so convenient! There are a few good restaurants to try and some dim sum places are also nearby! The room is clean and I love the bed!

Breakfast though a decent spread but having 5 mornings of almost same variety could be a tad boring. I was quite upset by the lady who served at the noodle counter on day 3. Wasn’t sure how to go about the process and was replied with a little impatience. I realized that she told everyone to be careful with the hot soup, except us. Not sure if she is not comfortable with foreigners? But working in a hotel, you don’t exactly serves locals only. The people at the luggage counter, check in/out counter were friendly though. There is one service staff who serves at the alighting area, spitted. Even though it’s a common sight here but I am sure spitting is not encouraged. Just hope that the hotel can emphasize the importance of hygiene to the service crews. If only the bath tub is smaller and the shower place can be bigger.

None . Except a five star hotel lack of some important things for the travlers for example when I asked for Luggage scale they have only a useless one will not help at all .

There was a large range of food for breakfast from more traditional Chinese to western style buffet breakfast and everything was fresh. The room was also very spacious, very clean and had all the amenities needed away from home. The bathroom was immaculate with great water pressure. There was plenty of plugs to charge phones etc. I would highly recommend this hotel as shopping centers was just across the road with lots of choices of dining areas.

We stayed at the hotel during my birthday.From check in to checkout,The staff were very friendly and helpful.They organized a little surprise for my birthday too which was amazing.Thank you . The location is great,close to everywhere.The breakfast buffet was nice ,so much to choose.We actually extended our stay for 2 more nights.

The Dinner buffet for the club members could be better choice/selection. Children under certain ages should not be allowed access to Spa and sauna rooms for safety matters.

Zero head of customer experience is very professional . a small situation happened and she worked hardly to make me happy and satisfied the place is good and location is very good as well

During my stay at Sheraton Guangzhou, my husband had a medical emergency. I contacted the hotel, the hotel manager provided seamless assistance by calling the ambulance for us. Before I headed to the hospital, he also asked me to text him in case I need any help. When we were back from hospital, the hotel also provided some porridge for my husband. All the other hotel staffs including the housekeeping are also providing excellent service! Will definitely come back again!
