静かでゆっくり過ごせた。 シービューで良かった。 喫煙者なので、喫煙部屋があって良かった。 チェックアウトも追加料金が出たがよかった。

ベッドが少し痛かったかな マットレスがあれば良いと思った。 販売機の側に両替機があれば良かったです。

駐車場が広い❢そしてSTAFFが丁寧でした(*^^*)

お風呂場少しにおいがした。 カーテンがカビみたいな生臭いにおい。

One of the nicest and most spacious hotels I have stayed in, in Japan. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The staff were always friendly and accommodating. The room was incredibly quiet, I'm super sensitive to sounds and even the fridge and air-conditioning unit were near silent which was amazing.

We did the breakfast one of the days, the Japanese seemed to all love it so it's mostly just a cultural difference, but for me it was too heavy for a breakfast so I just stuck with the white toast which was the only western style breakfast item. A bit boring for the price, but again, not really a negative because to be fair, this is Japan and it was a Japanese breakfast. All food I would have loved to eat later in the day though.

the staff was very accommodating. they really helped us a lot especially with the transportations and letting us use the dining room downstairs because we were a big group and it was hard for us to find a restaurant that would fit all of us.

Location was perfect. There were a wide range of amenities at the front desk. Staff were very friendly.

My pillow was hard.
