Friendly staff! Always ready and willing to help. The overall atmosphere was luxurious and of course beautiful.
I loved the gym!
Very small beach.
There were only 3 restaurants in the resort to choose from but they were only open certain hours/ days so we had to leave the resort a couple of times for dinner….Which you don’t want to do when you book all-inclusive.

I will start by saying, everything was superb. The staff was great, from the welcome team to the wait staff, bartenders, housekeeping, tour desk, security and the event staff(Smiley, Coco, Tishane, and Chikoca). Unfortunately, I cannot remember everyone's name, the hostess at the Fire and Ice was wonderful. The food was awesome! Wait staff were very accommodating. The pool was great, having a bar there was nice. The special nights were great as well.
The resort is a bit away from shopping, bug bites on the beach, bathroom floor was slippery when wet. The store could have had a few more souvenirs to purchase.

My friend & I stayed at Blue Haven for our joint birthday celebrations. The resort was beautiful, super peaceful, and isolated. The beach was clean and the water was perfect. There were maybe only five other groups of people/families staying at the same time. Almost all of the staff was incredibly friendly & welcoming - *especially* Arturo (such a wonderful human who would stop to make conversation with us each time we saw him), Tevisha, Damien, Winchel, Kamar, Miguel, Andre, & Von. We were able to take the shuttle to the Alexandra sister resort for a day and had wonderful lunch service from Rithny. Watching the sunrise with mimosas at breakfast every morning was a highlight. We ate the pizza at Salt two nights in a row because it was so yummy. We had a wonderful massage in the gazebo on the beach. We would absolutely return to this relaxing resort.
We weren't given any information about the resort upon check-in - such as the locations of things. We discussed with other guests how we all had so many questions. We walked around to find the restaurants ourselves and found a market and fancy coffee shop across the parking lot. Our bathroom had a band-aid on the drain upon check-in. There were a few staff members at Blue Haven who should not be working in hospitality or near people. We unfortunately had to speak to Withney in the Front Office twice. She never once made eye contact or greeted us as we entered and she repeatedly asked us the same questions because she wasn't really listening to our answers whilst staring at her computer. We firstly were inquiring about vegetarian options at the restaurants (she did not help) and then we returned to inquire about booking a taxi to the airport (for which she gave us a dirty look & wrong information). She had her earrings and makeup sprawled across her desk so maybe she was annoyed that we were interrupting her busy day. There was a woman at the Egg Station at breakfast who I politely greeted and she told me not to talk to her because she already had two omelette orders. And there was a man who drove the shuttle back from the Alexandra sister resort who was pissed at us for wanting to take the shuttle back to Blue Haven - he repeatedly slammed on his brakes to make us fall forward and when he opened the van door at Blue Haven, we said "thank you", & he did not even make eye contact and stomped away.

I was bitten and eaten by bed bugs in room 203. I have pictures and proof and documentation. I showed the manager in person and he asked to send pictures via email. They did nothing about it bust sent a false report stating nothing was found. Now they are unresponsive to any further communication

One of the most beautiful Hotels in the area, the staff was amazing, specially Tanya that treats us so nice and was so helpful, I’ll definitely come back.

beautiful accommodations, the people were great.
The fact that it is mostly Alacarte and the choices never changed. The resort was smaller than we thought. It was nice that you can go to sister resort but would be nice every 30 min than 60. Even at the sister resort there was no one manning many of the stations - for instance no one to get a smoothie. These may be little things but for the cost all that was expected. if it was more like 10,000$ for the week then I would have felt it was alright.

We loved many things about Blue Haven, but our favorite thing was the friendliness and courtesy of the staff. Everyone was helpful, kind, and accommodating. The food was great. The drinks were great. And the service was great! The Alexandria was closed and under construction, so they offered us a shuttle to a private beach. Our driver was one of our favorite people we met on the island! They packed us a cooler and lunch and we had the most beautiful and amazing beach almost to ourselves. I can't say enough about the beauty of the water. I have never seen the ocean so turquoise and clear!
The only thing I didn't love about the resort is the location. It is a marina resort, which we knew going in. I like being able to take walks on the beach, and was not able to do that due to the small beach. It is also a little ways from town, but we were able to take a taxi into town to visit some of the local shops and restaurants.

Staff was super friendly and the facility was absolutely beautiful. Good variety of food selection.

It was clean and not super crowded
The lack of restaurants. Only two on the property. Also, we found out the day of arrival that the sister resort shutdown for renovations as we thought we would have that option also. also no entertainment
4.5
Very chill vibe. Not too crowded and had a great view. Staff was friendly and the shuttle to the sister resort was timely and allowed you to take advantage of additional restaurants, amenities and Grace Bay beach.
Location is off the beaten path and that made it more difficult to get off the resort and into the main shopping area. Taxis are easy to get into town, but exceedingly difficult to find on the way back to the resort.
Restaurants were good, but limited choices at Blue Haven. The shuttle that allows you to go to the sister resort mitigated that, but we felt that all the restaurants had the same feel.
4.5
The resort was breathtaking, including the entrance, facilities, rooms, restaurants, lounge spaces, bars, pools, beach/ocean, all of it. Really more than I was expecting. I have only been to one other all-inclusive though, so I don't have a ton of experience at places like this. But really, this place felt like luxury. We arrived on a night when there was a "beach dinner party" complete with a fun band and a fire-eating, fire-throwing dancer. We stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bath garden view suite that was very spacious, well-lit, with full size kitchen with anything you might need for cooking, including a beverage stocked refrigerator, walk in closets, giant screened-in patio, plenty of towels, i could go on. Our room felt clean, as did all of the facilities we visited. Also loved that we were able to go to their sister resort (Alexandra) to use those facilities/beaches as well. That property is also nice, bigger than Blue Haven, although felt a bit dated. But the bars there stayed open later which we enjoyed, and also, the beach is huge and listed as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world by many travel experts (the beach is part of Grace Bay Beach). Staff were kind and attentive, there was beach/chair-side service at both resorts, plenty of included activities (kayaks, paddleboards, bikes, etc), and also, concierge to help arrange anything extra (snorkeling cruises, jet ski's, tours, etc). Also did not hear our neighbors at all, so that was very nice. Not sure if that was because there were no neighbors staying in the next room by us or above us, or if they just have soundproofed walls/floors, but very happy to not have to contend with sleeping thru that kind of thing.
I found it a little odd that there was no "welcome desk"....when we arrived (by taxi), we were dropped at the obvious front entrance which is very grand and impressive, but there isn't an obvious place to check in. There was a small, glass-front office, tucked into the far left side of the entrance, and I'm guessing the resort manager sitting behind the desk? But no signage to indicate where you should go, who to talk to, or anybody to greet you at all. So of course we just approached the office door, and waited for the person in the office to motion for us to come inside, and we were able to check in. I mention this because the next day, we went to their sister resort, and were greeted by a welcoming person serving rum punch, and there was an obvious front desk with several staff ready and waiting to help or answer questions. I guess overall I'm saying, there was so much great about this resort, that this thing didn't really affect our overall experience and wouldn't even make it on the radar normally. But if there's anything they could add to the overall experience, it might be that?
Oh and one other thing - BRING PLENTY OF SMALL BILLS. I'm talking 1's, 5's, and 10's. Unless you like tipping with 20's only and all the time. The people living and working in Turks & Caicos do accept and rely on tips for their livelihoods. We must have asked a hundred times, to various people, in various places across the resorts and in town, if they could exchange a 20 or 100 dollar bill, and 95% of the time they look at you like you're crazy, and the answer is NO. That was probably the most bizarre thing about the trip.

Modern and clean. Staff all super friendly. Beautiful pool and beach area. Great restaurant choices.

The 1 bedroom suite was spectacular with the views to match.
The resort does not sit on the beach. It’s more like a marina area. You have to take the shuttle to the sister resort for the beach.
