Good sized villa with a private deck and pool and own hammock which was facing the ocean. Great to relax in. Also had a deck in the bedroom area Close to multiple beaches - Sapodilla (my favorite) and Taylor bay Good restaurant on site Would highly recommend the pontoon boat tour that they offer. It was a great experience and the captain was very knowledgeable and made it fun.

Location was quite a distance from main attractions. About 20mins by car which was not too bad as i had a car Power outage on multiple occasions with little to no updates from the property.

I love the location....even though it was a bit further away from the buzz in Chalk Sound, the facility provides enough entertainment to keep you busy. And the views are breathe taking.

The check out process. No inventory is presented to you at check in, but at check out a very meticulous check out process occurs and a guest could potentially be blamed and charged for damages that did not occur during their stay, but were uncovered at their check out. This was my experience. I was not charged but I did complain that it couldn't be a fair process. Tipped in favor of the property. I have no issues paying for damages, but atleast let me be responsible for it. An inventory can be presented to guests, and a walk through of the property done with signature to prevent this from happening.

La ubicacion. Cruzando la calle hay una playa que si bien es muy popular, es chica y ruidosa. si buscas plaza paradisíaca y tranquilidad iría para otro lado.

If looking for an off the path stay in TCI this is it. It has all the amenities you could want! The Chalk sound is beautiful, the restaurant is great, the rooms private and very well appointed. Very clean and very friendly we would stay here again when visiting the TCI. Thank you!

I love their hospitality

honestly I loved everything about the place it was such a nice and quiet area. me and my boyfriend loved how the villas weren’t at all connected meaning to close to one another everyone had there privacy. the staff there were very friendly and helpful. we are from Turks so I’ve been places where because were islanders/locals they don’t really care to give us the same service as others but I have to say that the staff here definitely care about there customers. so many stuff were included which definitely was worth the money we stayed two nights and enjoyed it to the fullest. the tv comes with prepaid Netflix and the kitchen has everything from pans to silverware cups wineglasses blenders the house is fully equipped for you we loved and there’s also a near by gift store. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for some quiet time and just fun with there partner or even family members.

one of the bed sheets were stained which it wasn’t horrible to where we couldn’t sleep were not picky people we made do. just wasn’t something we liked for sure

The private villa was great. plenty of space, clean and quiet. Beautiful view of chalk sound out of one side. The private plunge pool was bigger than we thought it would be. The walk across the street to Sapodilla Beach was convenient. Having a restaurant on site was a bonus that we used for snacks and lunch.

The only place we saw staff were at the restaurant. We had to hunt down the staff for anything to do with our room including pool/beach towels.
