Friendly, helpful staff. Centrally located - so house is easily accessible to restaurants, shopping malls etc. Comfortable, clean room & bathroom Breakfast was good with a beautiful outlook over the gorgeous gardens - very tranquil

Meet & greet was not great. Didn’t have lights and hot water in bathroom. 2 cold showers later, third I did with a wet towel. Middle of the night no generator facilities (no lights/aircon/power). Never saw the inside of my bathroom ( due to no power)Could not do hair this morning. In general a good location, but the way you you handled the cold water & no power situation was a joke in my office this morning. I would next time go somewhere else. i could have been better informed & for your rating the facilities should have been in place or better handled

The facility is at a great location in terms of accessibility. I also enjoyed that it felt like home away from home. Such a beautiful garden too 😍

I didn't like that my room didn't have windows for fresh air. It felt stuffy at times.

This should not be advertised as five star accommodation it is more like a 3-4 star. It is definitely not luxurious. It may have been a five star a while back but it definitely needs a facelift.
