Cheap and affordable. Good parking. Had a Smart TV with free wifi. Good location.
Foul smell in the rooms. Doona and the sheet had blood stains and were turned upside down to not clean. The bed was not comfortable, and feels tired with feeling the springs.

Perfect stay at Alpha Inn for our family, we stayed in the Taranaki room (pretty sure that was the name) and the Inn staff beat our expectations. Room was so clean and comfy, the guidelines and policies were easy to follow. Staff were friendly with daily check ins and room refreshers (new towels, mini rubbish removal). Great location, 5 minute drive from the main centre. Our check in and check out we’re easy for our first family motel stay. Loved it!!!!
Oh and there’s a barber right near the entrance so location was convenient.
Only thing is we could hear the slight footsteps of people walking above our room but that’s understandable.

The location was ideal for what we needed. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Best of all the room we had was quiet, which we needed. Close to the supermarket, restaurants and fastfood places. Would happily recommend and stay again.

wifi i think its better for a wifi improvement us a long day outside its nice to see some movie after but the wifi isn't working good. and the blanket wasn't suitable for the weather no transbag for the bin

The staff were prepared and friendly. The 2brm apartment we booked was spacious, warm, tidy, and comfortable. TV was Netflix connected which we appreciated. We didn't cook in the kitchenette which had a stove. We did use the microwave. Well stocked with standard motel tea, coffee and hot chocolate.
There was no fan in the bathroom, though it did have a duct in the ceiling. It isn't modern and the decor looks tired but it was okay for the night we were there.

Quiet despite the central location and the bed was comfortable. I like it that use has been made of student artists to make each unit individual.
