We are frequent travellers and had stayed in many different hotels around the globe. Devi Ratn must have been one of the best if not the best. The property is located about 20-30 mins away from the hustle and bustle city of Jaipur which was exactly what we needed to chill and relaxed after walking in the city and sightseeing where there were so crowded everywhere. The room itself is so nicely decorated, luxurious and spacious. we had 3 adults in a room, but there are still plenty of space for all of us. But most importantly is the hospitality, attention to detail, and their genuine willingness to serve. Their afternoon tea and cultural performance was fantastic. And the breakfast was the best amongst all the hotels that we stay in India. The sunrise and the sunset view over the pool was to die for. Special mention to Sudham and all the staff members who’d gone above and beyond to make our stay the best ever. And their rates are very reasonable and extremely value for money for what you get there. Can recommend enough

Absolutely nothing

It’s a huge property with all the amenities listed. They have designed it such that the guests don’t need to travel outside and spend the time on various activities within. The staff was very courteous and they even upgraded our room as we were celebrating a special at that time.

We got sick after having dinner at the Vyom restaurant. No one apologized.

Overall it was a good property and the facilities were apt.

The location. Off the main city and to get there you have to go through the crowded village.

The property location is great for quite relaxation time

It’s too away from city and getting local rides or even Uber and Olla is difficult . I would highly recommend the hotel having shuttle service free of charge to city and airport at regular intervals . Hotel can even charge a minimal amt if required . This would be a great service to the patrons.

Excellent!!! We had a great stay in Jaipur. It’s near the centre. But not in the centre. That’s the best thing we could do, because it was a quiet peaceful place. The food at the restaurant was just amazing! Good breakfast as well. The service of Sahil was super. Also the cocktails were amazing by Nikhil. We had a great service. Super kind staff. The room was good. We will definately come back!

PROPERTY Beautiful peaceful property surrounded by nature away from the Jaipur city. STAFF The staff is excellent, courteous and attentive, willing to cater to almost all our needs & requests. Since this was our honeymoon, the hotel ensured to make it a memorable stay in every way. The chef, Mr. Sanjay, specially accommodated our request for home styled food as we had a upset stomach. The room service is excellent & fast as well. Mr. Vikas was on hand to attend to us during all meals and we thoroughly enjoyed his service. ROOM We stayed in a Premium Room King Bed which was quite spacious for 2 people and we loved the ambience, amenities offered in the room. FOOD Vyom restaurant has various delicious options and there were no complaints from any meal which we ordered. The buffet breakfast has various options everyday (along with a live counter) offering Indian & continental cuisine. Also they have some excellent offerings in their in house bakery like their garlic focaccia bread. Would definitely love to visit again.

The public washrooms (especially women's) could have been cleaner, the soap dispenser was not working as expected and the washrooms were stinky.

The property is huge and beautiful and well maintained, rooms are beautiful and spacious. Breakfast spread is good. Kind of remind you the Westin Sohna Road.

horrible service, I requested for an Ice bucket, bath towels, cutlery at different point of times and each time the items took more than an 40-50 minutes to reach us after repeated reminders. The breakfast ordered items were served cold after waiting for more than 50 minutes. Location is really very bad in remote area. We went to celebrate our anniversary and our experience with this hotel was very unpleasant. They should learn how to provide an exceptional service from Westin Sohna Road and Taj palace Delhi. After our repeated reminders and complaints , our last day went comparatively well in terms of service and assistance.

Contemporary and traditional fusion design language to its interiors . Attentive staff . Mountains overlooking the resturant . Infinity pool . Prompt buggy / golf cart service . High tea events with puppet shows . Kids room and it’s activities. Value for money .

Amazing property nestled in the outskirts of Jaipur city....beautiful view, would recommend rooms on the first floor as they have hill view.
