Clare & Stuart are exceptionally friendly, very clean and well looked after property. breakfast is exceptional, everything cooked to perfection. Always ask if you have had enough or require anymore. A truly wonderful stay thank you both for making our stay so relaxing . Yvonne & Nigel

Had a lovely 4 night stay at the end of February/early March. Hotel is in a superb position slightly out of the hustle and bustle of the town but really well connected with bus stops right outside that take you through the town to Paignton in one direction and Newton Abbot the other, also just 3 minutes walk from Torre railway station which takes you along the coast to Exeter and beyond. The room was lovely, a really comfy bed, nice shower and spotlessly clean. Cooked breakfast each day was cooked fresh each morning and was yummy, but there were lots of other choices too including cereal, juice, toast etc. All together it was a very relaxing and highly recommended hotel in which I was made to feel very welcome! Thank you, and I will be back soon...

Absolutely nothing, it was brilliant!

Good breakfast. Quiet sizeable peaceful room with nice view. Windproof windows. Warm room and warm water in bathroom. Hosts advised places to visit, like Cockinton.

One big blanket for two persons in double bed. A bit better would be two separate blankets.

Clean, welcoming, breakfasts were A***. Location really good bus stop just across the road Torre railway station 3 min walk.

Could have done with a bigger TV in room but didn't detract from overall experience.

The property was of a high standard and very comfortable.

It’s about 30 min walk from the town area.

Brilliant stay, couple couldn't do enough for you. I turned up half hour early wasn't a issue, warm welcome. The room was so clean, no dust or dirt anywhere. Had a problem with the TV, which wasn't their fault it was due to the weather. Couldn't fault as sorted straight away, that's service for you.

Nothing!

The hosts, Stuart and Clare were very welcoming and nothing was to much trouble. Location is a nice walk to the centre it's also on the main bus route ( if needed) which also takes you to Paignton and Brixham. Bus stops more or less outside the premises. Premises nice and clean, very comfy bed with no rock solid type pillows. Probably best summed up by, 'would we stay again' yes most definitely

The hotel was lovely, very clean and comfortable. The host where the best we had ever been, especially Clare she was amazing, so attentive friendly and informative. You felt at home here almost straight away and that was mainly because how the host were, they were fantastic. Nothing was too much for them. The venue was good as it wasn't too far from sea front but far enough from the hustle and bustle. We felt safe in the area where we was, walking around in the day as well as in the evening. The locals were also very friendly. The transport was really good to get to different places, we didn't need to take the car.

Nothing everything was fantastic. There is nothing I can say was bad.

Run by a lovely, friendly, helpful couple. It felt like a home from home.

Very friendly lady and nice clean facilities.

Only one tiny thing, the bed in our room had a wooden foot board at the bottom of it and with both of us being 6ft or over we couldn't stretch out straight.

I like the location. it’s very cozy and peaceful place to stay it reminds me of my home.. as Ukrainian I miss my home Clare and Stuart provide excellent service!

We enjoyed the breakfast. The hosts were lovely and paid lots of attention to the details. They were very thoughtful. Clare gave us lots of helpful information about places to visit and how to get there.

Location near to town. Good bus service to other towns nearby hotel carpark.room was a good size breakfast was excellent with a good choice on menu we were made to feel very welcome in the hotel would recommend to other new customers 👌

The hosts were really hospitable and friendly and went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and were enjoying our stay. The breakfast was cooked really nicely and there were a lot of options. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily and overall was exceptionally good value for money. We stayed in the single and basic double rooms.

The single room was at the front of the building so noise from the road was a slight issue in the hot weather when we needed the window open, but didn't upset our enjoyment of our stay

The hosts were very friendly and made us welcome all through the stay the breakfast was excellent the room was very comfortable
