L’emplacement
L’hôtel et laisser à l’abandon la piscine et visqueuse et le couloir vraiment salle les chambres très limite .. le personnel la femme a l’accueil désagréable et très jugeante. Un point d’honneur pour le responsable qui nous à rembourser la deuxième nuit car nous voulions partir car les Clim ne marchée pas!!! après avoir fait la demande directement sur booking lors de la réservation n’y avait pas de lit bébé de disponible pour la première nuit

La disponibilité et le sens de l'écoute du personnel que je remercie vivement, en particulier:
-Mr Abdelmalek le gérant de l'hôtel qui a veillé personnellement à la mise en œuvre de nos doléances;
- Mr Rachid à la réception: souriant, dynamique a manifesté un intérêt pour le traitement de nos diverses sollicitations;
-Mme Soumiya pour ses conseils fructueux;
-la propreté des chambres (Bravo aux femmes de ménages);
-la proximité de la plage sutout que l'espace réservé pour la piscine est relativement petit.
-faible débit de l'internet probablement en raison de la saturation du routeur (forte demande en cette période de haute saison);
-petit espace réservé à la piscine de l'hôtel;

Overall very nice and plesant. Breakfast was good. Swimming was lush and staff all very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Gardens very well kept.
There was no wifi connection in the rooms. We had to sit on the balcony to get reception and even then it was very low.
The hot water in showers was not very hot. Lets say it was warm.

Only the cleaning staff are excellent, the restaurant and breakfast staff are excellent.
I booked the room and paid in advance the specifications requested by the garden view and accompanied by my wife and son of 5 years. and on the date of my arrival at the hotel, they told me that there was no room on the garden, but there was only one room left, and I had no choice and did not provide a bed for my son. They told me that I had to pay an additional amount for the small bed.

Good evening I hope this email find you in good health and spirit I want to say a many things about that hotel i want my money to be back because the room is not like shower in your application no one is in the reception the toilet wasn’t clean full of water the smell was disgusting and we call the reception more than 10 times no one is answering please I want my money back as soon as possible because I always use the booking for the reservation but from now i can’t be trust
