Our hotel suite had exceptional views of Santorini. The room was very spacious. The staff were extremely nice and helpful during our stay. The hotel is in a great location, about a 7 minute walk from the main town.
The stairs to get in and out of the property are not for the faint hearted! There are no room service options available and reception does close at 10pm.

The view was amazing! The size of the bathroom worked really well for the 3 of us. Loved breakfast each morning on the patio overlooking the caldera. Breakfast was great and service was wonderful!

The 180' panorama over the entire Caldera from the terraces outside the rooms is absolutely sublime! It surely is one of the most beautiful views in Europe. The sunsets are silent and mythical. Despite being only 3 minutes walk (70 steps, but be warned : Santorini means steps...) to the central road of Thira, the hotel doesn't get all the noise from the bars that play music for the Aperitivi Hour. The owner Yiannis, and his staff Ellie, Sandra and Irene could not possibly have done more to make us feel welcome and comfortable. It's rare to find hotel staff - each and every one of them -so genuinely kind and helpful. Make use of the Hotel taxi service from the airport because it will save you hauling your bags down the steps. We used the public bus service, which goes virtually everywhere and is quite entertaining...but perhaps hiring a car is more reliable. Not least so that you can eat in the beach Taverns, for example in Perissa, or the charming Marina at Vylchada. We'd recommend seeing first the Prehistoric Thira Museum in Thira, then the 9D movie on the devastating eruption of Santorini in the Lost Atlantis Museum, and THEN visit the huge, very impressive, quite moving, excavation site at Akrotiri. The guided visit up the Kameni Volcano is well worth the effort. Beautiful Oia is a must, but not neccessarily to see the sunset because you get a magnificent view from the comfort of your own terrace at the Keti Hotel!
Santorini can be unexpectedly windy and chilly, so take the right clothes.

Stunning sea views from our balcony. Bathroom was lovely and felt authentic and inkeeping with the location. Staff were welcoming, helpful and made the stay excellent. Thank you for the compliments basket (and the beer), was very thoughtful.
Dehumidifier was quite noisy and pool wasn't heated. Nothing major in any way.

Everything! The food, the location, the view, the staff..we had our own balcony and we had an amazing view of the ocean and the volcano. the hotel is just 5 to 6 mins walk to the local bus station, cable wire station, the local market area, supermarket, ATM. You're near to both upscale and local eateries. The hotel can arrange a ride to pick or drop u from d airport or ferry port for a reasonable fee. You need to give them a heads up though at least a day before or earlier when arranging a ride because it can get very busy. Overall the hotel was a key point to our very comfortable and relaxed vacation =)

An excellent location in a volcano facing, cave hotel. We enjoyed private sunset views from our balcony. The collection service from the new port was money well spent, as it helped avoid the chaos of finding and wating for transport on a hot, humid day after arriving on a busy ferry. All the staff who helped us during our stay were wonderful.
We would have enjoyed a larger bed.

From the moment we landed at the airport, the Keti staff had our name on a sign already waiting for us! We arrived and the check in was smooth and extremely friendly. Our room was breathtaking with the view and also felt clean plus comfortable. Every morning the breakfast was served fresh and with exactly what we wanted! The staff was kind and helped make reservations. We truly could not have asked for a better stay! It was our honeymoon and it felt like a dream. Keti Hotel is an absolutely stunning hotel. I am so pleased that I booked here and trusted previous reviews. We stayed in the Cave suite and it was very spacious. The private balcony had the most beautiful views of the Caldera. The hotel location is brilliant and walking distance from the main town. Honestly, you can just stay at the hotel to get your best pictures. The staff were helpful and friendly. Thank you so much to the porter too who carried our luggage to and from the hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Thira.

honestly, nothing. we had friends staying in other locations and I felt we had the best space and privacy as well as great location. Tons of stairs and not handicap accessible but that is how much of this island is.

Very friendly staff. good people. the views from the hotel were some of the best in town. BREAKFAST WAS UNBELIEVABLE - choose as much as you want each day and it all tasted good.

Everything was amazing! The property is gorgeous, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful, room and beds just as pictured and the breakfast was delicious. There are stairs to get to and in/out of the hotel, but that is the case for all properties located on the caldera.

Firstly the staff were just amazing, very warm, accommodating, professional and organised. The location and view right onto the caldera was spectacular. Having a delicious breakfast on the patio every morning was a definite highlight. The room was really gorgeous, clean and had everything that we needed - loved the bathroom.
Honestly cannot think of a negative - cant wait to go back and would 100% recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Best views possible, very well decorated ; while the location required walking by steps - the stuff careied our bags - which was a big help - excellent breakfast, the stuff booked our trips and were very knowledgeable about tourist activities. Breathtaking views of Caldera.

The hotel is in a great location near the centre of Fira. Rooms are spotlessly clean, large and airy. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed our stay.

The view was really exceptional, from the pool you have a direct view to the sunset on the island (so no need to pay for the same view for a super pricey restaurant or bar).
We had the chance to travel at the end of september, so we were basicaly alone.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The location of the hotel was great as you could get anywhere. The bus station, shops, food street, harbour, etc. were all close by.

Location, view, ambience, service, staff hospitality, room cleanness, room amenity, etc. - basically everything except that it was hard to go up/down stairs from the main street to the hotel. Still, they can arrange luggage carrying service upon check in/out along with taxi, which mostly solved the problem.

The hotel, the rooms and the staff were superb.
Nothing was too much trouble, Elli made our stay in these trying times so easy. She arranged our transfers from the airport, our pre flight tests and answered all my endless questions pre travel.
Irini and her husband were so hard working keeping the place spotless, and carrying our bags up and down for our transfers.
Breakfast was great and Elli kept us supplied with drinks by the pool.
Rooms were large and well equipped, hair dryer was super.
Views were fantastic and for the price we were treat like queens.
We can't praise the place highly enough, it is a gem
