The location is amazing. Near to my airport. Checkin process is smooth. Also we like the cloak room facility where we can store luggage’s after checkout if there is any delay in flights and need to roam around Delhi within that time. Breakfast is good with both indian and western options.

The prices that they ask for the Cabs to drop are not upto the mark. They charging heavily. For uber we ll pay 500rs and instead hotel ll ask for 2500. That something they should be little looking into

The people working at this hotel are so, so helpful and friendly. We had such a good experience, we arrived tired and fed up from the texi and they made us rest an dbe comfortable. We loved it, perfect place !

Close to the airport is the only good thing about this hotel.

The staff are slow not courteous. It’s over priced in my view. There are better hotels in this price range. The worse part of this hotel is basic amenities are missing. The hair dryer was not working, shower was spoilt and not maintained. Over all I hated my stay here.

Welcoming staff offering help when asked and needed. Staff go above and beyond providing flawless service in viva dining buffet restaurant. Food quality and choices were fantastic. My room was exceptionally clean and offered all that a 5 star hotel offers. Facilities including fitness centre had all to offer including steam room, sauna, free weights and cardio equipment, bottled water on offer throughout hotel facility, clean towels, outdoor pool and reclining deck chairs. This hotel has lush gardens surrounding the premises along with security making for a very enjoyable resort style stay. Thank you Holiday Inn Aerocity New Delhi. I can not wait to return and more than happy and proud to highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is wanting a stay in Aerocity.

Кондиционер в номере с очень сложным управлением. Так и не смог выставить нужную температуру ночью, поэтому замерз. На входе в гостиницу не хотели пропускать чемодан, в котором лежал нож. Почему - непонятно. Похоже, перепутали с самолетом. Номер требует ремонта. Обои местами пошли пузырями, замок на двери в санузел держался на какой-то самодельной вставке, выпиленной из доски. И это номер за 15000 рупий в сутки! При заказе такси при отъезде, предупредил, что нас будет четверо взрослых. Пообещали подать большой автомобиль. В результате приехала машина с раздельными задними сидениями, где могут разместиться только двое взрослых. В итоге, одному из нас, пришлось ехать на откидном сидении в багажнике. Притом, что тариф был в два раза выше обычного такси!

The hotel was in a good location for the airport, making for a quick transfer, breakfast and dinner buffet was perfectly adequate, and the service overall was good.

The bathroom finishing could be better, signs of damp in and around the shower, and there was a extremely strong smell of damp coming from the bathroom, which happens to be located near the door to the room.

It is close to the airport. The rooms are a good size and are comfortable.

We got a non-smoking room on a smoking floor, so the room obviously had the smell of cigarettes that came in from the other rooms. We were able to get a new room on a non-smoking floor. A weird thing that happened was that when we got to the airport with the hotel transfer service (which is not cheap), the driver told us that the tip was compulsory. Saying that a tip is mandatory beats the purpose of a tip in the first place. This we did not like.

I was treated like a child over a portable speaker which was removed from me at check, i am nearly 50 years old not a 15 year old child! Especially when you can play the TV in the bedroom very loud - (which we didnt) I was told this is there policy but of all the hotels I have travelled to in the world I have never heard of this nonsense! Bedroom floor was a bit dirty.

Good Breakfast

Located very close to airport, but no noise from starting / lnading planes. Hotel exceeded my expectation wrt room, services, restaurant etc. Additional services (driver etc.) perfect.

Nothing really

Nothing much as the stay was very short and front office staggs are really bad.

The front office initially denied early check in and transfer and forced us to pay for these two though while booking the terms stated in Booking.com was absolute inclusion of those two parameters.

Our hotel driver was helpful in loading and unloading our suitcases. The hotel was easy to work with and all the staff were polite. The meals we had (breakfast and dinner) at the hotel were delicious although a little on the pricey side.

Room was surprisingly big and the bed very comfortable. It has all the things available you'd expect to, bottled water, toiletries etc. I turned off the a/c because the room was too cold. Restaurant was fine, but breakfast doesn't start until 7am.

Room had a very strong artificial cleaning smell when I got in. Didn't go away but didn't stop me from sleeping.
