It's a very nice room. Nice breakfasts. We were in grind for facing the pool, so had to keep shutters more closed which made it a little dark, but I was still happy with the rim and the service.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, delicious food, and relaxing atmosphere.

We loved the pools, the views, and the spacious room. Plants all over—even in the bathroom —made me feel like I was at home. Property is extremely well taken care of.

Very friendly staff. There was noise outside our bedrooms, I mentioned it to the staff, we were replaced to other noiseless rooms immediately.

The room was very large and the bathroom was fantastic.

The street Casa Carolina is on is not very safe. They should invest in security at night.

Phone room service doesn’t work ,same as safe box, sheets are not comfortable, noise at night time mostly weekends,not a good location at night time .

The location is nice and staff are very friendly and helpful! the rooms are clean, just when you have a room at the higher levels, it takes a few minutes till the shower gets warm.

It is very noisy! the location is close to the party street and you can hear everything.

It is beautiful and the service was excellent. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful hotel. The courtyard pool is stunning. The loft apartment was beautiful. Helpful and friendly staff, All receptionists spoke good English. Sumptuous breakfast, with endless cups of coffee. Location close to main restaurants and bars.

The second bedroom of the loft is very small and doesn't have a door and therefore no private.

The property was clean had Great food and located in a great place.

The hotel and the staff were great. Tje fromt desk was always very kind and helped us with anything we needed. Danny, the masseuse, was excellent. Breakfast was also really good. I just reccomend to take taxi at night. It is a little lonely at night.

The photos do not do this hotel Justice, it is spectacular! practically a luxury resort. We wish we got to hang out by the pool longer. Yummy free breakfast but food ran out too early.

The beds are pretty hard. Not intolerable, but hard. Also, Santa Marta is just generally dangerous so it feels unsafe at night when you step outside the hotel. They are always willing to call a Taxi for you and they lock the front gates. take taxis even if it’s just a few blocks from your destination, trust me I had a scary experience in Santa Marta right outside the hotel.

Super relaxing oasis from the exterior hot and bustling city. Loved the interior courtyard with pools and where excellent food was served. Had a fantastic massage; all employees were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to many nice restaurants and the coastal walkway.

There were night-time sounds of pounding music from local bars, but they couldn’t help that. Bring your earplugs.

Nice pool, welcoming staff, good position, rooms are nice, spacious and clean and the structure is just beautiful.

I absolutely loved this hotel - the staff are so lovely across the restaurant, maintenance and front desk. The food and drinks were great, especially happy hour. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable I.e. looking after our bags while we were on the lost city trek. Great English too and ensure you are safe around the hotel. Main pool is awesome!

The wifi was quite poor except for around reception so we couldn’t call home. Also the street the hotel is located on is on the edge of the touristic area, but staff were considerate to ensure we knew where was safe!
