I seldom give a ‚10‘ but this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The facility is brand new and the staff was exceptionally friendly and forthcoming. Reception, restaurant & jacuzzi service, cleaning - they all did their best to give us an unforgettable stay. Location is near the city center and beach. The rooftop bar/restaurant is worth a visit even if you are not staying in the hotel.

I can‘t think of anything to improve. Please keep up the good work. I will definitely return and also recommend further.

Great small hotel in a fantastic location in Santa Marta. The staff is VERY friendly and accommodative.

The room was quite small. We had a double bed which was against the wall. This meant one of us had to climb over the other to get on/off bed. Comfortable bed, but not what we saw on the photos.

I couldn't sleep because all the rooms are forwarding the street and you can hear everything that is on the street. Including car horns, shop music loudly and people shouting.

In the middle of everything, great food options beds were comfortable, and they had hot water.

The price

Every thing anche clean. Comfy big bed. Lovely hotel. Good location close to downtown and close to the buses to Minca and Tayrona.

location Couldnt be more dangerous. believe this hotel is miss placed. that area is not yet that well developed to take a hotel of such category. drug dealers, homeless, bandit, you name it

Location is soso Wifi didn't work on my phone in both rooms I stayed in only a bit on my laptop Rooms get very hot and stuffy if aircon not on. But then aircon makes it quite cold. Strange thing Some Staff at reception were not super friendly Could hear music and other sounds during the night from outside Lost keycard costs 8 bucks

Rooftop restaurant was the only good service I received with helpful staff and timely service.

Staff unhelpful, shower was terrible with water dripping out very slowly. The customer service was extremely slow at reception. The restaurant on the top floor was the only good customer service I received.

The rooftop terrace was lovely, and the option to use the jacuzzi on the roof was great. It would also be a good spot to watch the sun go down. The room was nice, but ..

The air con took a long time to kick in, which meant it was very warm in the room for a while. Location was not great at night - streets around are quite deserted and questionable at night. You'd be better getting a taxi after dark.

It’s a great hotel with a good location , it’s very close to everything, the room was always very clean and very cozy and the bed very comfy .
